      Parts have always been correct and good quality. But the shipping has been a problem. They have used *** several times and it always takes long than ***** or **** The last order took 5 days longer than it was supposed to. I called to find out where my order was. The service person duplicated the order and shipped it ****** It arrived the same day as the *** shipment that was ordered 1 week earlier. *** *****. Try to have your order shipped ******

      This place is AMAZING! I needed a new passenger **** mirror for 2009 ****** Xterra. The body shop gave me a quote for $465.00, and only $110 was for labor, so I went online and searched for them mirror and found it for less than $40.00. I called the body shop and asked if they would install if I purchased it myself and they said YES. Then he asked where I got it and I told him. It worked out GREAT! I only had to pay $100 for labor. ALSO... I needed it in a hurry because we were going on a road trip and I received it within 2 days. The Body shop said the mirror worked our perfect. I think he was surprised how I found it with such a good deal.

      Ok so I had the struts put on over the weekend then I had the vehicle alignment done yesterday, which was Monday.And I've been hearing noise from the shocks, ever since I put them on. I'm starting to think that's you guys messed up the 1st order so you sent me a refurbished set that is defective. I had to pay to have them installed and pay for an alignment. And then I called your company and they instructed me to remove the struts and request a refund. None of this is acceptable. Not only do I have to remove them but I have to wait for new ones and pay to have them installed again and to get another alignment
