      I ordered a right hand mirror for a 2010 ********* First mirror was a manual fold. I called customer service who assisted me in returning the mirror. A sales representative assisted me in securing the power folding mirror. Mirror was received and installed on the automobile. Mirror is working like original equipment.
      No hassle on returning the first mirror. Good customer service

      The pricing was reasonable. The shipping was incredibly fast. And I received notification of the shipment every step of the way and received a notice within minutes of the delivery itself. There was one mixup on parts that was quickly corrected and with all the cleaning that I did, which did take up a lot of time the two correct a parts were delivered just in time. Assembly is complete. Car is back on the road and I will continue to use carparts.com. It's certainly got my sons attention and he to in the future will use carparts.com. Now I am looking at full rear brake replacement. So you will be hearing from me when the weather breaks thank you so much carparts.com ***************

      Front end kit refreshed the suspension on my '12 *** 135i e82 at the required service interval. Vehicle is OEM stock and now handles like so once again. A major thank you bringing my touring sports car back to spec. !!

      Ordered driver's side headlight for '15 ****** Rogue Select (Spe. 27, XXXX)(Paid $132 and $13 shipping). Delivered in a timely manner (Oct. 2, 2022). Paid mechanic $150 to install. 2 days later, it rained, and moisture was in the headlight. Called Carparts and they immediately shipped out another headlight. Awaiting installation with mechanic (Nov. 1). I know this isn't an original ****** headlight, but it still should be quality checked/inspected for moisture/leaks. Hoping this second headlight will be good. **************** was (is) great. No issues with sending another light out, and sending return label via email.
      I would recommend that if a customer spends over $100 shipping should be free.

      I Ordered a Bumper for My **** S-10 The 1st One Was Totally Wrong. $123 & Change. I Shipped it Back And They Only Credited My Credit Card $110 I Don't Think It's Fair That I Have to Pay the Shipping on a Wrong Part! Than I Ordered the Factory Bumper $300 You Get What You Pay For! That Bumper Came With Everything! Even New *************** IT is So Nice! I Should Have Went With That One 1st. The Staff Are VERY Nice and VERY Knowledgeable! And The Delivery was on Time.. All & All They are a **************** Plan on Buying More of My Part's From Them People! Thanx-***'s!
