      Ordered a drivers side mirror for a work van two weeks ago at a reasonable price, but never received it. The carrier they used for this shipment is GLS. I have never heard of them and now know why. **************** through ********************** seemed helpful the first time I called, but I could not get my part redelivered (false reasons were given for non-delivery, and when I call the dispatcher I was told they were not sure where my part was) despite their promises. Then I get an email confirming a return request which I DID NOT generate. When I called to ask someone about it, I sat on hold for over ************************************************************************************* line and the approximate wait time was 15 seconds. I ended up hanging up because at that point I was late for a client appointment. Called again using a different option and talked to a person in an out-of-country call center who asked if he could call me back but never did. I have an email from the company promising a refund, so hopefully that will go through. Until I can be sure they are using a reputable carrier like ***** or **** I will not be returning.

      Received part, fast delivery. It was not a exact match. The bends in the bumper were not an exact match. Had a tuff time getting the mounting brackets to mount on the new bumper. Looks OK but not really satisfied.

      Good day! Thank you for reaching out to us. This is to confirm that we received the feedback you posted about your recent purchased from us.

      We apologize if the Ignition Coils you ordered did not work for your vehicle and if you have not received your refund yet. Per catalog, this should match for 2013 Fiat 500. However, this is only for 4 Cyl 1.4L engine size only.

      Per our records, we tried to issue the credit to the same account used. However, the issuing bank declined it. We issued the refund via check instead. This was issued on October 06, which you can expect to be received within 10-14 business days, if not sooner.

      I ordered a brand new radiator from carparts.com August of 2022. First one was shipped to me with damage to the core and the tubes on the radiator. Reached out sent me a second one. This time it arrived to me with a drain plug on the lower portion that's made of plastic, completely snapped off due to the poor packaging. Reached out to the company worked directly with a CSR and asked if they could wrap the original box and put it in a secondary box before shipping it to me. I received number three, thought it was in good shape. That was until I noticed I was losing antifreeze from my reserve tank. Had my mechanic once again touch my car with the radiator, and did a pressure test. I was told from carparts.com that that is something that they do standard to all the radiators before shipping them out to a consumer. Number three radiator failed the pressure test miserably. Poor ceiling at the lower portion has allowed seepage of antifreeze. Reached back out to the company and requested to speak to corporate only and not ***************. **************** reached out to me via email and blew a bunch of smoke up my you know what. I was promised that there are fourth one would be expedited shipping and that it would be carefully wrapped in packaged to ensure no damage during shipping process. I wiped out inventory at carparts.com and they needed to purchase one from an outside vendor. My package was not only sent ground shipping and made me wait several days for it to arrive at my doorstep. But, it was packaged in its original box like 1 2 and 3 and the drain plug at the lower portion which is solid plastic was exposed out the packaging. I am now out thousands of dollars due to having a radiator installed and reinstalled and reinstalled for my mechanic. I am absolutely upset and baffled on why a company would rather throw away hundreds of dollars in merchandise instead of using ******************************************************************************** A1 condition.
