Their prices are fair. The shipping was quick and efficient. I had a minor issue with a credit card hold and they resolved it in one call. I would definitely use them againCarParts.com, Inc.

**************** is great however on my last order I ordered 2 items got one on Time and called customer service 3 times to get 1 item which was payed for before I got the first one I waited 2 weeks and still hadn't received my 2nd part so on the 3rd call thay confirm that the part still has not been shipped dew to an investigation I never received the part and my customer has been waiting for this part and I'm getting upset be your company wants to drag there feet so I canceled the order and unfortunately I will not be using your company for any parts this is what happens when you drag your feet and keep people waitingCarParts.com, Inc.
