    I received two checks for the settlement of **** ************************** and both checks bounced. As a result my bank took even more of money because the checks kept being returned. So not only have I not been able to receive my settlement money that should have been in my account months ago, but my personal money has been taken since your checks wont work. I have tried to call them more than 10 times and file a complaint and check reissue online but the case number is invalid online even though I copied it exactly from the check form. I have been issued a W-2 and **** forms for my taxes, but I havent been able to receive the money so I need a check that is actually going to process through my bank account. There is no way to get into contact with them so if you could please assist me in getting me money from ILYM Group that would be greatly appreciated.

    Hello *****, weve looked into this and it looks like there was an issue with someone else fraudulently cashing your check. We went through the process of recovery and were able to re-issue your check in August 2023, and I show that check has been cashed.     a ******** was mail to my brother ******************************* from a law suit , my brother passed away 2/10/22 i contacted the company and explained to them about my brother they said I needed to send or e- mail the check and papers where it showed I was I charge of his estate wich I did that was 8 months ago went I e- mail the papers I have left numerous amount of calls with no response the only person that answer the phone the second time I called was ****** at ************ wich she told me all paper work was given to person that deals with reissued checks I belive they are just not wanting to reissued a ckeck under my name *************************** now that my brother has passed theyhave all the papers to reissue a check under my name thats all I want them to do the right *****

    This company has literally owed me a class action settlement check for FOUR YEARS. I ended up leaving a job and bumping into a former colleague a couple of years later. The first thing he said to me was, "Did you get your check from our former employer"? I didn't have any idea what he was talking about. He informed me that the place we used to work at had a class action lawsuit filed against them. I'd never heard anything about it, received no notice, nothing. My friend gives me the info, so I make some calls, only to end up at this Ilym Group. I explain my situation to the lady and she says, "Oh darn, you just missed the cut-off by a few months. So you aren't eligible for a check". Ok, great. It was money I never expected anyway. Fast forward to 3 months ago. I get a letter from the ******************* saying I owe tax on this lawsuit settlement. I call them and explain that I never got the check, I missed the cut-off, etc. So, they tell me it doesn't matter. I still need to get a **** form and file an ammended return. So, I call Ilym Group explaining that I need a **** because the *** is bugging me for taxes on income I never even received. She looks around in their system and says "Hold on, so you don't want the check, you just want the **** form"? I was told I wasn't eligible for a check. No, you're eligible. We have your money here. So they have me fill out a form to get a replacement check. They say it will take no more than 14 calendar days to RECEIVE the check. I have called repeatedly. Let me say, the employees that answer the phone have been amazing. But they can only do so much. I've now been waiting..it'll be 4 years next month. Thank God for the ***! If not for them, I would've lost the money altogether bc 1 of their incompetent employees told me I wasn't eligible for money I WAS eligible for. But this is beyond absurd and, frankly, should be criminal. You're holding money that people are owed. It's not your money!!

    Hello *******, were sorry to hear you didnt receive your check back in 2019 when we initially sent the checks out. I looked into this, and it looks like we had an old address for you when checks were sent out so your check was never cashed back then. We updated your address in our system when you called in July 2022, and then we had to go through a bit of a special process to get approval for the re-issue at that point since so much time had passed, but it looks like we were able to get your check in the mail to you a few weeks later and that check has since been cashed.     I was suppose to get a settlement check in *** like all my other co-workers and I didn't. I tried calling all that it says is that they are on covid schedule and you can go to their website and fill out the documents needed. I filled out a re issued check because I figured that they sent it to my old address even though I had talked to ******************************* who sent me the original letter to my email. Who claimed that she had changed my address. That was back in the middle of *** when I filled out a check reissue and change of address. I have tried every phone number and no answer. I even had emailed ******************************* and no answer.
