1 starIve been waiting almost 90-days now and have yet to receive my $2,100 deposit refund after theyve supposedly mailed it twice now. According to staff members they no longer track the checks in the mail so they couldnt give us tracking information which is completely BS.Tricon Residential

1 starApplied for a property with them on July 6 around 2:30 pm 3 Hours Later I received an email stating Thank you for your recent rental application. After a review of the provided information, we find that we are unable to accept your rental application at this time.Contacted Tricon and spoke with a very helpful rep I forward the email I received and she stated thats strange let her reach out to someone in leasing who can provide more information, she came back and stated I should receive something from SafeRent , No Email Came From them.If youre denied SafeRent Will Send You A email showing the reason why and your SafeRent Score. So I Contacted SafeRent And They stated they play no part in the reason for denied but also stated they didnt have no information from tricon about me.Online this house at *********************** had a moving in special which waived the app fee , The Rep had no clue how that work and that false advertising.2 hours later I received an email from ********************* Unfortunately, your application came back Denied due to Credit History.Thats A lie they never ran my credit but I have credit alert that will come directly to me if denied.My credit score is great, I make well over the income limit plus more.Anything thing me in my sister applied together she received her email to fill out her part of the app but when she click on the link the system kept generating a birth year of **** and wouldnt allow her to input her correct DOB . So basically they never ran her information as well.I would like for this company to process my app with my other applicant the way we requested and not just make up LIES A say Application Denied.We paid holding fees and the house never was put on hold !If this matter isnt resolved I plan to *** in court , The Fair Credit Reporting Act provides you with rights as both a rental applicant and a tenant.Tricon Residential

The agency objectively qualifies all applicants to rent our homes. Each applicant's privacy and personal information is completely confidential. As part of this confidentiality, we would never discuss contributing factors to our decision on such a public forum such as this. However, as stated in our terms of agreement that was signed when submitting the application, the items considered for rental qualifications include criminal history, previous evictions,bankruptcy, landlord collections, utility delinquencies, FICO score,rent-to-income ratio, civil court history, level of collections, charge-offs length of rental history, and late payments. Beyond the landlord collections,we look at your credit history, the quality and quantity of your credit. While you did not meet our rental qualifications, we thank you for considering Tricon Residential in your rental search. 1 starGenuinely the worst property management company I've ever rented from. The corporate office has terrible communication with our local office and our local office does not communicate with us at all. I would rather live in a box on the street than rent from these people again.Tricon Residential

1 starWish I could give them 0 stars. This is a con company. Well what could we expect when they have con in their name. They charged me $1100 from my security deposit for giving them 40 days notice instead of 60 days before vacating the house.Then during the final settlement notice or whatever its called they sent me a bill for $1385 for a lot of bogus charges like $250 for a missing key and $500 for a new fence gate even when the old one was never broken. I can not stress this enough when I say dont rent from these guys.And make sure you are present while the final inspection before vacating so they wont be able to charge you all these bogus charges for different things which are not even broken.Tricon Residential

1 starI have paid tricon over 4k with promises to move in on July 3rd ***************************************************************************************************************** contact with ?************************************* Assistant Portfolio Manager poor communication delayed emails lack of follow up with the customers is my biggest issue trying to move now I have been calling all morning now sitting on hold as I type this a been a horrible experience and its been very stressfulTricon Residential

1 starI moved two years ago and in these last months we have not had air conditioning the service is terrible, they also send you a company that does not answer I have my newborn granddaughter and they have been without air conditioning for more than five days a person wrote me that they would send someone and still We are waiting for you I lost a day of work I had to buy a laptop because no one has helped usTricon Residential

1 starMoved into a house with Tricon at the beginning of the year and I cannot wait until my lease is up. Since moving in I have had to input 22 maintenance requests some of which have been open for 2 months. The promise and moto they boast about in regards to a maintenance free lifestyle and easy home living experience is far from true. Before you move into a Tricon house do yourself a favor and look at another other property management company or even an apartment or town house. I really wish I did not have to wait until my lease is up but they will make me pay 2 months rent to get out of my lease despite the awful management practices they have and their negligence to the safety and well being of their tenants.Tricon Residential
