    I have contacted Total Adblock on two occasions to cancel my account. Was told I would get a confirmation email but, I never have. They continue to bill me. This is a sham company. I just want it to stop. I am having to go through my bank to stop payment on this software. Costing me additional money.

    i got a month free & before it was up i contacted them and canceled it. thay chargeed my card 9:95 July 1. I contacted them twice but it is hard to get ahold of any one. if I could get it cancled and a refund i would be satisfied. thank you

    I subscribed to total ad block a few months ago as I was getting tons of adds spam and my identity was stolen. After installing this software app I began recieveing even more adds and messages. I have tried for the last three months to cancel this but each time all I hear is how good their product is and i should reinstall it. I have been adiment that I will not reinstall this as it simply does not work as stated and per there site they have a money back guarantee. Each month I am again billed for this even though I requested the cancelation and have it uninstalled. There are many issues with this software and I feel it could be an open door to any hacker. I just want it canceled and a refund as they state is guaranteed. I am not happy with their pressure tactics to get me to reinstall this on my devices. I am the customer and they should listen to what I want or why I want it.

    I cancelled this account and got a confirmation but they are still charging me. I do not even have their app on my phone any more. Their site is impossible to navigate and I just want my money back. I want nothing to do with them. They are liars and should not be allowed to do business. Thank you

    Total Ad Blocker is a corrupt company that I didn't sign-up for their alleged ************************* and I ******************************** at ********************************************* ******************* and I'm requesting a total refund of any ******** from their corrupt company to be refunded to my ********** Acct ending in #... ******* Debit Card ending in #... ... **** and I'm looking for a full refund of any of their company's billing for the past two months 5/2023 + 6/2023 of $31.00 & $9.95 to be refunded to my ********** Acct. Because I did not sign-up for service from their alleged illegal company's fraudulent ******** from their alleged corrupt company.     Yesterday, 6/5/23, I signed up for Total Adblock and downloaded the app to my phone. I spent over an hour trying to make the app work, to no avail, but then it became clear to me that Total Adblock is a scam, because after all that time I could not get rid of a message saying "You're not blocking ads on web browsers on this device". ???? That's why I signed up for their service!!! That's their job!! They have zero customer service. They make it impossible to cancel a subscription. They try to railroad customers into buying multiple versions of ad blocking, People need to know that Total Adblock is nothing but a scam!!I want my first month's billing charge of $1.99 refunded immediately, my account closed permanently, and to never hear from Total Adblock again.

    I was charged 4 times on my credit card for Total Ad Block on the same day (May 25, 2023). One charge was $29.00 and 3 were each $39.00.I cannot find a good phone number to contact the company.I think I was scammed.

    They charged my credit card even though I did not complete the order. Upon seeing the order terms changed after populating the on line order form with my card number, I cancelled out of the order process. They charged my card anyway and were unresponsive to my request to cancel the pending charges.

    I purchased this software on 5-8-23 to try it because the company offered a 14-day money-back guarantee. (See: *************************************************************************). I asked for my money back trying to use the service and not being able to do so. I requested a refund via PayPal (how I paid) on 5-21-23 and the seller refused.

    May 19 I was charged $39 then again $40 Then again $39 then $1.99. I have never used or ordered their services. Also I checked my bank account and they have charged me $9.95 once a month as far back as last March. These charges are from my PayPal account to my bank account. I called their billing department and the first call they hung up on me. The next call they said they would send me a email. I never received a response. All I want is my money back. The three charges on May 19 were ridiculous. Thank you for your help. *************************
