    TotalAdBlock advertised itself as being able to block ads on my computer. It did not successfully do so--in fact, I did not notice any changes, so I attempted to cancel my account. The way cancellation is set up makes it nearly impossible to do so. I would like my account cancelled immediately and a refund for the past several months of "services" wherein I saw no changes to the number of advertisements I received.

    On 12-15-24 I was charged $75 for a service I didn't want. I do not have this extension on my computer anymore. Total Adblock even somehow got a hold of my NEW debit card number and charged it. I have only had the card for a month. Anyway I want a refund for the full $75. I will have to change my card ...again...I will file a stop payment with my bank once this clears. I will also contact my lawyer as I want to file a lawsuit to stop this from happening again and possibly make it a class action lawsuit as well, since I obviously am not the only one you do this shady stuff to.

    BBB,Below is the email I sent to Total Ad Blocker several times. The first time I sent it was 11/14/2024 when I did a routine check on my **************** bank account. ************************ would not respond to any of these requests, but they told me to visit their Total Ad Blocker customer service. When I visited their customer service site, it provided me with no way to register my request. My name is ***** Ashland. I signed up for Ad block about a week ago. I don't know what I was supposed to pay but over a 3-day period you billed me $96.94.     Total Adblock keeps charging my card for a service I did not sign up for. I cannot find any information on how to cancel this service and get them to stop charging my card. I did not authorize this charge. They want me to sign up for an account to cancel and that does not seem legitimate.

    On 11/25 I went online to purchase their ad blocking app. Im 79 and found myself being run around in circles and ended up with the app being charged to me 4 times!! Never had the chance to enter a password, so the 1 app that appeared in my desktop I cant get into. The other 3 charges are pending on my credit card! I have tried to call, tried their website which referred me to an outside service which was not helpful and tried their ****** off customer page which sent me into a review site only. Help me!! Im too old for this runaround.

    On 04/24/2024 I got Total Adblock for $19 for one year, $99 a year after. I only used it for one month with all the Total Adblock pop **** I just remembered I did that, and tried to make sure I would not be charged the $99. I cannot get ahold of them to cancel. I'm not asking for any refund, just that I won't be charged anymore. I have never seen a company that acts like that. Any help would be appreciated.     On 11/19/2024, TotalAdBlock tried to charge $119 to my credit union on my brand new debit card. I had to get a new debit card for the SAME charge showing last month. I do not know how they got my new debit card number. The charge originated in the **. The scammer also attempted to charge my ****** account. WATCH OUT, THIS BUSINESS IS A SCAM. I now must get another new debit card and hope they dont get the number. I told the man at customer service to cancel my account and he tried to get me to sign up for a discount. It is for software and I dont even own a computer: he finally, after a few minutes of me shouting NO and he would not transfer me to a supervisor. I have Stage 4 Cancer. I have no extra money to spend so I am really hurt by these fraud attempts.

    Nov 8, 2023 --I purchased a year of Total Adblock for $23.80. See enclosed email from Total Adblock and ******. --I then cancelled the subscription right away to avoid any surprise fee in 2024. I canceled on the website, then received a confirmation email from ********************************** on Nov 8, 2023.--It didnt work for me at all, so I cut my losses and figured it was a caveat emptor situation.Nov 8 2024 --$119.00 was taken out of my *********** account to renew my subscription, which I stopped a year ago. It was a complete surprise, as I DID cancel it and received an email with the word CANCEL in the subject line.--They will not refund my money and when I tried to cancel what I have they wanted me to go to the website, but my current Malwarebytes wont open it as it contains Malware!--And now, as you can see, I can no longer even access the website because of malware!--Enclosed are copies of all the email communications from 2023 to 2024.--I want a refund as soon as possible.

    I thought I had canceled TOTALADBLOCK and I see on my checking account, that once again $14.99 is being taken out of my checking account. I am sick and tired of trying to get rid of this. I even went to my bank and thought the problem was solved. And here it is again.
