    On 11/16/2022 I purchased 2 sets of dumbells online which cost me $212.97, as of 3/29/2023 I have still not received this order. I've reached out several times via e-mail and telephone and on a rare occasion they will respond to me with false delivery dates to shut me up. On 3/15/2023 a new person finally responded they still don't have an estimated delivery date and asked if I wanted a refund, I immediately told them yes, I wanted the refund and never heard another word from them after several follow up e-mail from me.All I want is to put this awful experience behind me and get my $212.97 refunded

    I placed multiple orders with Tru Grit Fitness on October 03 of 2022. I have not received all of my items. whenever I try to get a hold of the company by phone, I cannot connect to anyone. I have sent emails and messages on social media. I would get a response that the item was being shipped that day. since January I have not gotten a response or any updates. I have received some items, but they have yet to fulfill two orders. 1 item costs ******, the next is ******, and the last one is ******. I have attached the confirmation emails that i recieved when i ordered these products.

    On Nov 12th,2022 I ordered 2 weight racks, 1 weight bench and weights ranging from 55# up to 100#s. I spent $2335.61.On 1/24/23- they shipped out my weight bench after several messages and phone calls occurred.On 2/3/23 they shipped out 2 weight racks and a couple weights (2.5 #, 85#, and 95#) I was told that all the additional weights would be shipping out within 2 weeks. Since then they have stopped responding to phone calls, messages on their web sight, messages on ******** and to their emails. I have asked for either a refund for what I have not received or for the remainder of my order to be shipped. I have since noticed that they have also stopped posting on their ******** page and advertisements for the company has also stopped.

    I placed an online order valued at $133.96 on January 12, 2023. I have contacted the company numerous times for an update via phone, chat, email, voicemail, and online messaging. However, I have only ever received one email reply on January 30 stating "Hello ********, We are doing our due diligence to catch up on all our backorders. Unfortunately, your order was affected in this backorder group. As soon as your order arrives, we will ************** to you. I do apologize for any miscommunication and delays. I appreciate your patience and understanding with this. Thank you so much for being a valued Tru Grit customer. Thank you for choosing ********."We are moving soon so I started emailing them again to change the shipping address or cancel the order but have never gotten a response.

    order placed on December 24th 2022 for $1,183.62 Order #******* partial order was received but the higher end items on the order were NOT.items not received are a Foam Jump Box (PLYO1010) and a Total Ab Adjustable Bench (BNCH1003).After many, many, many emails and attempted phone calls, I finally received an email back on March 2nd 2023, stating: The PLYO1010 is on the backorder list and they could provide a different item they had in stock. The BNCH1003, however, was in stock and they could ship it out that day. I responded with: ship the BNCH1003 today and refund me for the PLYO1010. i received no response after that and have sent many emails over the last two weeks in hopes of receiving any type of customer service response. nothing.Please, Tru Grit Fitness, Refund me!

    On Feb 2023 I purchased 3 sets of dumbbell for total amount of $160.96 included shipping. The money was taken and since no update on my order. I sent multiple emails to support asking for update on my order. I have yet to get a single email updating me about my order. I tried calling the support number. It is always busy and no one answer either. I have read in Yelp that a lot of customers recent complained about similar experience with money taken and not received their orders.Yet, they still have their online website taking in orders. At this point I like to get a full refund including cost for shipping in the entire amount of $160.96.

    ORDER #*******, Placed on November 8, 2022 at 3:18 pm. Order was placed four months ago. I have received a few emails saying they havent forgotten about my order, but are not providing an estimated time for fulfillment. I have tried contacting them without a response. I tried chatting with them without someone answering the chat request. I called twice and no one ever picked up or called back. I am looking for a refund so I can place the order with someone who will fulfill the order.

    I purchased items from Tru Grit on 2/19/2023 for $269 and have been trying to contact them to return the items and they do not respond to their emails or phone calls. I have emailed them about 5 times over the course of the past week and a half and have tried calling them 4 times. No one answers any form of communication and now I am stuck with almost $300 worth of items I can't use. I need to make a simple return and my request for return was made within 30 days of purchase.

    I ordered a treadmill and rower from Tru Grit Fitness on November 28, 2022. The total cost of both items was $2917.33 and my order number is *******. Ive been waiting for shipping confirmation but it never came. I have emailed and called the company several times with little to no response. Ive been waiting over three month. Horrible customer service. I want to cancel my order and get my money back immediately.

    One October 20, 2022 I placed an order with Tru Grit Fitness for Hex Rubber Coated Dumbbells 70LB Pair Pre-ordered items: 1. In December of 2022, I contacted Tru Grit to request a status update on the outstanding items. I was told by a representative they were having issues with items being stuck at port. They expect delivery with the first two weeks of January. I reached out to ******** the third week of January and every week since. I have been unable to speak with a representative. I have left voicemail messages, forwarded emails and requested call backs through the automated system. As of today March 16, 2023, the only contact Ive had with ******** was in December.Below is Tru Grit Fitness Pre-order policy. They collected the full payment for my item. Pre-orders When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date. You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund.
