  No stars. I was turned down because of the physical BLS and Covid was not in there scope . Now we dont need a Covid test anymore and my cpr was online and physical was unacceptable. This company is Filipino owned.

  I think after you work with them for a while all your shifts start to really decline in pay which makes since that they are consistently making huge increase in their revenue each quarter. Then they make you negotiate your wage to fight for what's fair. Ridiculous.

  Do not work with this company. They are extremely unprofessional. I submitted an issue regarding a discrepancy regarding payment and it took them 2 weeks to return my email. I tried to call them numerous times but kept being redirected. It has now been 2 months and this issue still has not been addressed. Outside of that i have been double booked for numerous shifts and was told to go home because they were over staffed.

  I would give this company NO stars. They have audacity to create a mixed industry applications like they are INDEED cutting a check. Im sorry healthcare has their own platform, you can not eat around me when i am working so i do not have the same sentiments to be mixed classified with a dishwasher. They have no place in my life. Their app developer is an a****** and i am suing for the application working inappropriately as well as the customer service employees who do not know who to fix bugs that will cost ****** to be addressed. I am so suing. These apps are peer application they are crazy not taking my personal information seriously.

  This company is a scam they will not pay or compensate you for what u were booked to do. You will never speak to a live person ever. This company booked me for a shift ****am it was overbooked and I was sent home. Instead of the paying me for travel they denied me reason given because the facility required me to do an orientation first. But the thing was I didnt chose the shift that required orientation not all facilities needed it. As a matter of fact you cant book unless you have gone through with orientation. So with all fairness I should have received something for time/travel considering I showed up in the middle of the night to work that shift. Also it my first and last time booking a shift the this company. Beware! if you want to get paid dont work for them find a company that has actual people in a office to call and assist you with any issue you may have.

  I worked on 2/3, 7a-3p. This company uses a app to sign in and out, my app was not working that day, so I had a paper timesheet signed instead. The company policy is you only get instant pay if the app is signed so I stuck around until my app started working and got the app signed and received instant pay, and also still held onto my paper signed timesheet.I worked a shift 3/28 11a-7p, after this shift I did not receive pay. Clipboard said that I owed them money and took my pay, saying that I was a no show to the 2/3 shift.After I talked with them I found my signed paper time sheet, and provided them with screen shot of a message letting them know the app was not working.They told me they would check into it, still no pay. After continuing to contact them they asked me to go to the facility to have another time sheet signed. I had another timesheet signed by the facility, and I was told after that I would get paid with in *****. I was told that 4 x. Still no pay. Contacted clipboard again, then the story was they have to call and talk to someone at the facility, still no pay. Clipboard stated that they can't get in touch with anyone at the facility. I have been continuing work at the facility and informed them that they claim they can't reach anyone to verify I worked that day. I have stopped working for clipboard because after a month of no pay, I feel they have no intention of paying me. It has been a whole month I was able to get the shift verified, why can't clipboard.I work hard and I want my pay, no one wants to work for free. My nurse license is on the line. I'm not working for free.It does not take that long to verify I worked, I have provided them with everything they have asked for and given them proof that I worked that shift. Also they know that the policy is you don't get paid unless the app is signed. If I had no app signed why would you pay me. That is bad business. And I want my pay.I wouldn't refer this company to my worst enemy.

  They still haven't paid me for a shift I worked 2 weeks ago, they claim that their verification team is working to resolve the issue, which I have submitted proof of being at the facility & the *** acknowledged that I was there.

  Company is good for picking up shifts and freedom but you cannot stay over you run the risk of not getting paid for those hours. Even after notifying Clipboard and being approved to stay and having a signed timesheet for the hours they will refuse to pay you.
