I have been doing surveys at Inboxdollars through the company Prodege, LLC, for many months. I have never had any issues with surveys until May 18th, when I was accused of my "responses (were) not being provided as directed or (were) inconsistent with previous responses", and the ***************** Team reviewed my responses, they were restricting access to Surveys.I have always taken surveys seriously and thoughtfully, but on May 18th, I received the same questionnaire before every survey, which was odd. I was only able to complete one survey, the rest that I tried kicked me off. I admit that after getting the same questionnaire, I did change my answers because I thought it was part of the next survey.I used my rewards points on May 18th to get a $15 gift card from Amazon. I received the email on May 19th for my gift card, but I wasn't able to redeem it that day because I had other obligations. Now I can't get into my account to get for an email to be resent so I can get my gift card.I called Prodege LLC (5/24), but was unable to speak to anyone, I also attempted to put in a "ticket"(5/18) without success.I feel anger and regret about the time I have given to this company that doesn't seem to care.

0 stars. I have wasted so much time based on false promises from mypoints.com a Prodege business. I was promised points with ****** airlines if I spent $25 but never got it. Also, having raised enough points I tried to redeem it as promised but was constantly frustrated at not being able to redeem it. I have been trying to redeem an amazon card many times w/o success. After selecting the card, and prompting for password, it sends a code to my phone which I then verify on your site. It says it succeeded, but it does not redeem my points.I tried to get help from their help support, but they sent one email just acknowledging that nothing was redeemed. Subsequent messages to them were ignored.

I started with MyPoints.com after I received an email from them stating that someone had referred me. Normally I would have written them off as the scam that they obviously are, but the person who they alleged had referred me was someone known to me so I clicked okay and did some surveys to help my referrer get the extra points they had promised him if I would cooperate. I thought that perhaps it would be okay because I have certainly been a businesswoman who has benefited from market research while I was still working so I decided that it would be fair to pay it forward for business owners seeking a bit of help now that I have retired for health reasons.I did what was asked of me by My Points, who doing business as Prodege, LLC and requested the $15 Amazon gift card their website said that I could have for my time and effort taken to do the surveys. Instead of sending the gift card to me, My Points simply deactivated my account. No explanation. No nothing. I contacted them as I got nervous as to what was the real point of their site, and have gotten no response whatsoever. Nothing. I am a former court stenographer and knew that Judge ********** takes consumer fraud very seriously. We suspect identity fraud is what is really going on with My Points so an investigation is now necessary. I am monitoring my credit reports etc. very, very, verrrrry closely in order to nail My Points to the wall. Frankly, I also want my $15 gift card just on general principle. I am a very persistent woman whenever I need to be.

Id give 0 stars if I could. You send hours doing surveys, and as soon as you get enough money to pay out, they deactivate your account claiming that you violated their Terms of Service. Of course they dont tell you what violation, and refuse to answer you, and steal your money that you earned. Im to be honest nervous that my PayPal is not compromised. This company is a SCAM. Stay away!!

Inbox Dollars .... I redeemed 2 Virtual Gift Cards... Just a total of $20.97 ...They were shipped to me and when I attempted to spend them.. I was constantly denied!! I contacted them and received a response that had NOTHING to do with my problem. I was told to contact them if I needed them to guide me on how to perform the verification process. I did, NO response! They are a FRAUD! I can't spend the Virtual cards anywhere! Branded Surveys... They sent a Virtual Card to me...No problem with them at all. Inbox Dollars is a FRAUD and I told them that..with fingers! I wish that I could rate them...UNDER a zero!

I have recently took up couponing and they had a great litter offer on TADA! I used the offer and have been waiting for other great offers in the meantime, I got an email yesterday saying to redeem my earnings for a GC. I log in today to redeem it and it says my account was deactived. I lost $40 because of them and it feels like its been stolen from me. I didnt use my account for a month. I didnt violate any TOS.

Deactivated my account because they broke their own TOS which they even admit to in a email to me. Over $200 they are refusing to pay out. This company makes money by scamming people, they deactivate accounts and keep every *****. What they made on commission and what people earned. I recommend complaint to the federal trade commission, the more complaints they receive the more they will investigate this scam of a company.

This company was great at first but after completing offers that were worth more than a couple dollars all of a sudden it was no longer paying out. Even when submitting proof to support they close their tickets and say the advertiser says you didn't complete offer but with proof showing that is not the case they still refuse payment. This company is a scam after a certain point. Thieves of my time while they get paid for everyone's click.
