    I put mixed ethnicity in the demographic questions and I had some difficulty but I still got my points even though some of the questions were dumb and offensive (like the one about plastic wigs) but the last survey I took again they ask the racial background question, it didnt let me put mixed ethnicity, it said choose one so I put black/African American, I finished the ******* took more surveys and ever since the last survey when I put black/African American the rest of the surveys I took it stopped asking me the race demographic questions, I am a person with mixed ancestry why do I need to prove it to someone else, you dont know me you havent seen me, im just trying to have fun and take surveys,now Im waiting for my gift card I cash out then Im deleting this racist a** survey, so many people have a mix ancestry its nothing new, some of your grandparents married interracial and they were fine not everyone in those times suffered racist taunts because they decide to Marry someone from a different backgrounda lot of yall wouldnt be here I cant believe Im going through this in 2023 and explaining this in ****************************************************************************************** I know how to fight,but anyways if I dont get that gift card there will be another complaint and possible court maybe

    Says that I misused credits and had my InboxDollars and Swagbucks accounts deactivated. I didnt receive any credits from them to misuse. I dont understand and want this fixed. I also didnt get all the credits for a game I played. I was supposed to get **** Swagbucks from a game and only got **** and I sent them proof of completing all the requirements.

    Regarding Swagbucks,I recently had issues with a couple of offers that were recently completed. It's happened a couple of times before and customer service usually took care of it within a reasonable amount of time. This time, my account was simply deactivated before I even got a response. I have two offers and a gift card pending. I am also in the process of completing another offer that I have been working on for a week and am not sure if I should even continue. I've never had any issues before and would like to get this resolved as soon as possible.

    InBoxDollars (Prodege) changes their customer service format regularly, makes it more difficult and confusing to access, with poor results. It all depends on who you get for customer service. If you get a good rep, they are interested in helping, read the ticket, look at the screen shots and resolve the situation. If you get a bad one, you just end up super frustrated as they don't help, don't read your ticket, respond with something that doesn't have anything to do with the ticket, give canned information, don't reply, close out the ticket without resolution, or say they're passing it onto the team to fix (but nothing happens). They have requirements for doing surveys, offers, playing bingo, getting bonus based on meeting daily goals and getting streaks, etc.... but InBoxDollars doesn't follow their own requirements, often not doing what it says. On top of that having customer service that doesn't help, and will let a technical issue continue on because they decide it's not happening based on... no one else complained about it, or they don't believe it's happening, or they think it's your fault--even if you send in proof, or they just ignore it. They do activities or things on ********* make mistakes with codes or things on bingo, etc., and moderators are not available to read the comments of people telling them there is a problem, so it never gets fixed. False advertising... they say we're going to do this (and then they disappear and aren't available to talk with (so frustrating), never fix the problem, never give out the $ or fix the code or the bingo square. The workers are the ones who lose out as IBD doesn't pay what was advertised. A lot of people spend a lot of time and effort doing things, and then have to fight to get what they've earned.

    I requested $25 PayPal from Mypoints on 1/14/2023 that I worked hard to get. I did not receive my $25 Paypal, instead my account was deactivated. I followed all the rules for my Mypoints and Inboxdollars account. There wasn't any grounds of deactivation except withdrawing my hard earned money.I also have an Inboxdollars account as well that was affected AT THE SAME TIME. My Inboxdollars Account would not allow me to request payment because "my telephone number was used by another user".I opened up a customer support ticket with ********************** ticket number ********. After 1 month, I had to give up my Driver License information and video face verification. I was then able to withdraw my $175 from my Inboxdollars account.I opened up a customer support Ticket with **************************. They said I violated terms and my account was deactivated. I told them I requested $25 Paypal and my account was deactivated. Ticket number ********. ****** Customer Support emailed me that there is no record of a Mypoint account with my Email. So I sent attachments with screenshots of previous Mypoints Customer Support emails with Ticket numbers to my Email proving that my Mypoint Account and email were real and valid.Exactly 4 minutes later ****** emails me that my account was deactivated because of non-compliance to terms AND this is FINAL. So I decided I would file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.If you're reading this, please know I spent a great deal of time to complete the offers of Mypoints and Inboxdollars. I spent a good amount of time fighting customer support JUST TO GET THE MONEY I WORKED SO HARD TO MAKE. Unbelievable. I will not be working for Inboxdollars because I don't trust that they will not Deactivate my account in the future without telling me what I did to deserve this. No reasons except failure to comply with terms. If you can't trust a company to pay you for your hard work, Why would you work for them? Good luck to everyone.

    I have been with swagbucks for a long time. But lately i have been frustrated with them. **************** isn't always easy to get ahold of and if they do respond it takes along time. I redeemed **** swagbucks points for a swagbucks t shirt and have yet to even receive the gift card for the t shirt. They told me it would take 10 business days. It's been well past that. **************** keeps giving me the run around.

    Started with both InboxDollars and MyPoints in 2009. I cashed out twice from InboxDollars a couple of times without problems; they sent me a check. However, I felt InboxDollars was a harder earn and eventually I just stopped using them. MyPoints however, has been my go-to whenever I shop online. I have cashed out with both digital and physical gift cards numerous times without problems. I will continue to use them in the future and have been very happy with the service.

    They deactivated my account of Inbox Dollars by NO REASON after redeeming my 50 dollars. They are totally a scam!!!! All members PLEASE redeem your points after meeting the minimum cashback because they will randomly deactivate your account without any reason or notice. When you are trying to contact the Customer Service team and ask for further explanation, they will reply you that "After further review of your account, our team has confirmed our decision that your account will remain closed for noncompliance with our Terms of Service." and "your case is officially closed and this will be a final resolution to this issue." AND THEY WON'T REFUND THE MONEY YOU LEFT OF YOUR ACCOUNT.
