    I completed a offer for a game and didn't get credited for completing the offer, and they made me wait almost 2 months for a response only to say they couldn't credit me for completing it... Total scam.

    I have been a member of swagbucks for years...but recently I moved 2 1/2 hours away, and ever since have had problems everytime I try to cash out. I know I am not using a vpn , so that is not it, it took me forever to even know what that was.
    This is at least the second if not 3rd time trying to cash out, and instantly it says account is deactivated.
    I am owed over #3000 plus points pending, as well as the $5.00 I tried to cash out this evening, then all of the sudden, says deactivated.
    Seems to not want to pay out? unless it is a glitch?
    I just know is the only thing done differently was ask about when my 3000 points would be available, for the hour long focus group I completed, on my 10 year Anniversary mind you.
    ugh
    This used to be a great site to use, now I have my doubts, if this continues.
    Please reactivate my account..

    Nothing but lies since I reached $15 which you are you you can claim. Turns out you can't. They make you go through this whole BS process only to keep dangling bait in front of you. I decided to keep going though and I'm up to $30 and still no guarantee I'll be able to redeem it for the gift card I wanted. And absolutely no way at all to speak to ANYONE!! I mean NO ONE to twice any issues with redeeming your money for rewards. I want my $30 gift card. I've absolutely earned it and they owe it to me

    You can spend weeks doing an offer and have to speak with support because It doesn't track properly and someone with a Fake name that sounds American to create an illusion that there in the United States and they're here to help and they're not they're over in a different country They don't even actually check most of the time this time they rip me off of making $42 even though I spent $20 of my own money that I can't even get back and I've made $1,400 from this app alone this isn't the first time this has happened but it will definitely be the last

    Interesting how I had no issues with Swagbucks until I tried to cash out. Then suddenly they could not verify my identity. When I contacted them I was told they could not help me unless I provided a government issued ID to them. In the age of identity theft and scams, this seemed to me to be an outrageous request. I asked if there was not some other way- email, text to verify and the response was they could not help me unless I provided that information. I will surrender the $ rather than comply with this unreasonable request. Beware!

    Prodege, LLC (Swagbucks) has refused to give me the Swagbucks points for two online Casino offers that I completed in full ******************* I registered with both online casinos as a ** resident using the same email as my Swagbucks account, I used the **** card that is linked to my Swagbucks account, I wagered the required amounts for both offers and I've sent two ******** tickets with full documentation requesting the Swagbucks points I am owed and they have closed both tickets and said the matter is closed. This is an outright scam and false advertising. I just submitted follow up emails with all documentation showing that I completed the offers as required by Swagbucks. I do not recommend using this business. In fact, my husband completed the same exact offers on his account and received full credit. Yet they are denying me. I am absolutely disgusted.

    It was good at first it took awhile to cashout but now that my phone number has changed I cannot update it and when I reach out to Inbox dollars no reply.I don't want to just quit and leave what I've earned.

    I used them before on a app called ********. They use the name AdGate. After doing a few offers I did get compensation for completion but all of a sudden they wouldn't cash out higher credit offers that I completed. I reached out to support and they said the advertiser didn't state the offer was completed. I advised them that I reached out to the advertiser (which was the app i was doing the offer from) and they said it was up to AdGate to compensate me. I told support about this and they said it's a different advertiser. I asked them who so I could reach out to them but was never giving a response.
