    Please Do NOT use this company. The closest thing to a legal Scam. They try and make it so it is very difficult to get a hold of Anyone from ******** *******. They gaslight people and sell your information to scammers. It is sad this kind of business preys on people that need some help.

    I have been a Swagbucks member for ages and I have always enjoyed it. Recently I believe maybe my work computer switched to a VPN. A few months ago, I went to get a gift card and it booted me and said deactivated. I submitted a ticket and had my account back a few days later.

    3 or so weeks ago, I went to cash out again and again got booted. I've sent countless emails and haven't even gotten the "we received your ticket" email. I had $**+ ready to cash out and $*** pending which should've hit by now. I'm really disappointed. I was unaware my work had changed their internet and would've appreciated a "hey don't use this IP" email or something. All that work for nothing and I can't even get a response as to why.

    My account got deactivated. They updated the app and when you submit your receipt it would say the offer wasn't there when it was. So I reached out to their ******** ******* team about it which said it did go through and ************( they now have a pending section which is new) awesome. Went to submit a receipt for a new deal I did only to find that my account was logged out of and that I can't log in I tried two times and then got a message saying my account had been deactivated. I tried getting answers but got a generic message that everyone gets went their account is deactivate that it's due to compliance. I proceeded to ask what compliance which they had no answer for and could tell me what I did. I email them and got this back

    How can people know what they did wrong if they are never told what exactly they did.

    I have been trying to get inboxdollars to change my phone number so i can get the money they have owed me for months now it seems. I've reached out on multiple occasions and once was asked to send in my picture ID as verification. Why? You didnt need any of that information when i signed up. Having access to both my email account and having my password *** inboxdollars should be enough. Then I sent another email again recently (using a very flawed system given the fact that they dont allow you to actually ask a question about changing your account info yet direct you to it via a link if you need to change your number.) asking that they change my number. Instead of asking for my ID like last time or simply doing as I asked AND CHANGING MY PHONE NUMBER they credited my account $0.15 to resolve the issue? What sense does that even make? For a company that claims to be legit it sure feels like I got scammed out of my time and personal information for a couple of bucks a survey.

    Absolute scam. They refuse to give you the credits you deserve and their ******** ******* is awful. They take forever to respond and when they do it is just a copy/paste answer.

    I have been trying to receive over $30 in credits from two activities for over a month and they are giving me the run around.

    Additionally, they deactivated my account a month ago, and while they did restore it, they are using that as an excuse to not award me my credits.

    ***************** Terrible *******. Waste of time.

    all of my accounts got deactivated for doing an offer, i spent much time doing these offers, just to have them deactivated and not getting paid, simply just not worth anyone else's time to use swagbucks, not even 1 warning whatsoever. They only go in for the kill once you make enough for it to be worth their time.

    horrible site experiences, would not reccomend to anyone
