    Wish I could give higher than 5 stars. I've been active with Prodege since 2009 and I have never had any issues. They're always consistent and customer service team is very responsive. Thank You All!

    SwagBucks has always been a fun, and quick, source of little pocket money. No complaints here. If you want to waist time on your phone, do SwagB and get paid for it. ????

    I used to love Swagbucks but then I went to cash out and they took the money out of my total points account but did not deposit the money owed into my ****** account.They sent me a text message for verification and then they said they needed an ID. With no warning they just needed it. I told them to just give me my money as they verified who I was for 12 months and they verified it was me through text messages. They will not credit my $80 to my ****** account nor credit it back to my Swagbucks account. They just swiped my account clean.Never do business with this company. No warning about changes and they keep your money.Very frustrating surveys and they games got so bad at the end.

    After being a consistent and frequent user without any complaints, my account was deactivated without warning. I was given a generic response of "suspected violation of terms of use". I had accrued enough points for a higher value redemption, but all of that time and money has now gone to waste as I have no ability redeem my Swagbucks. I do not know what to do now. I wasn't given any notification of being suspect. My account was deactivated the day I was going to redeem in my Swagbucks despite me using the app the very same day.

    I wish I could give them zero stars. They deactivated my account on two separate occasions once I tried to cash in my rewards. InboxDollar's excuse was that I violated the "Terms of Use" on both occasions. I threatened to report them to the BBB like many customers have in the past, and my first issue was resolved rather quickly. Two days later my account is deactivated again, and now, customer service refuses to respond to me. This company and its affiliates are a joke.

    Wish I could give them zero stars!! Over a month ago I kept getting an error that my number was being used by another account when I went to redeem some rewards. Ok fine, I put in a ticket, no answer, five tickets later they finally answered and had me go through and ID verification process. Fine I complete the process. Got an email said I was good to go and wouldnt need to do any more verifying till later in the future. Two days I went to redeem rewards and my account was banned. They gave me some nonsensical reasoning they isnt true. App is a scam. I put countless hours in to mobile game discover offers and even came out of my pockets to complete offers. When it came time for me to redeem my hard earned rewards. Boom! Banned! Dont trust this company or any of their associated apps it's a scam!!

    Communication and sharing are lax. I used to get the "SwagCode" banner all the time. I have not gotten it in a long time, and find looking at other pages that this is an issue with other people who use swagbucks. watching videos was an easy way to make points, but we no longer have that option. Taking surveys (except for now in the election time) has been a joke for all. rarely are points accumulated taking surveys because either we are disqualified or reach the "end" of the survey and don't get credit.I have clicked on many banners for SB's on different sites like ******** and do not get credited. Also, as I am mobility impaired, I do not shop in store, so do not have the ability to upload "receipts"

    I wouldn't give them stars, I've been playing Swagbucks for 4 years know, I always finished a survey and it would glitch and I wouldn't get rewarded, always real personal health questions too must be 100s of these, same with games and receipts, I made this like my job over the last few months, they started to really focus on my 9 year old son, asked him his birthday wanted his name, and in a middle of a survey asked him if he was non binary yes or no then went back to anime questions, then asked him questions about adult shows with ****, drugs, suicide and ***, I reached out but you know demographic, your just ticket, I called Prodege LLC no response emailed them no response and on here, I'm a ticket, they have a privacy act on there website COPPA your to protect children under 13, there billionaire that own these companies we take surveys on they are the demographics, ive reached out to all authorities and I plan on suing them. I want compensation for my son being asked gross questions and every bit of loyal I have them over the year, I want ****** Swagbucks 2000 seems small compared to what it could be a sexual discrimination case against a minor. Don't let your kids take there survey's!
