    I am a member of inboxdollars and I've been for like 12 years. Well I've never had a problem before. I signed up for a One cash card the reward was ***** if you sign up and deposit ***** on the one cash card. I did all that and it never posted and was stuck in pending I put in numerous support tickets for two months the gave me the runaround. And finally I just gave up and closed my account. If I'm going to be treated like that it's better to not even work for them doing offers. They never credited my account for me completing the offer. And didn't respond in a reasonable way of at least telling me how long I have to wait on payment from Inboxdollars. I would Like to have the money I honestly made. My account is canceled cause I know they're not going to pay me. I've sent in a customer support ticket for everyday for a whole two months with no answer as to why I wasn't credited. Then some Indian guy canceled my account when I complained through a email support ticket.

    I recently participated in a study in which I was interviewed for an hour with an incentive of "$100 via digital payment** distributed by Prodege to be emailed within 1 week of participation (given that your interview is completed in full)."This was on August 26, and has been more than 1 week since the survey was completed "in full". I enjoy using Swagbucks and its services, however, offering incentives for a study and not following through leaves a sour taste in my mouth. Additionally, the study provider said that the payment would be through Prodege and not them, so I am left with no one to contact since Prodege's customer service is nonexistent.Any recommendations would be helpful, I just want to be compensated for my time and not be scammed out of another hour of my life in the future.

    Swagbucks is only good for offers worth cents. If you trust this company to give reward for signing up offers worth dollars then youll be disappointed. They will give you excuse that you did not complete the terms and conditions whereas youll try your level best to give all the proofs of offer completion in email follow *** but they will not reply and you cant do anything other than getting furious. I learnt this ****** recently and going forward would never use this company for any offers in the future. All the positive reviews might be paid reviews or you never know if they are the only one posting who knows...

    I love doing Swagbucks although the surveys stink cause they dont let you get very far and way to hard to complete ! Sometimes I get frustrated and just stop And a lot of times you dont get credited on the tapjoy ! Very frustrating

    This company has gone downhill completely. You will get two things in 2024 with Swagbucks: a canned response about how they are unable to track and credit you for your activity and another canned response on BBB telling you of their support policies through *******. I mean, look at the responses, they are all the same responses on BBB and you will get the same response I shared below in an email. If you feel you've been wronged by Swagbucks, here's what I recommend to take action. The offers are businesses doing business with *********. You can reach out and contact the ad offering company (say ******* for example) and write a complaint about how Swagbucks is misleading consumers into signing up for their advertised products with bait and switch tactics. This will bring a bad reputation to both ********* and potentially the offering product company if they care about their customers. If you reach out to Swagbucks customer support, here's the canned response you'll get:"Hello NAME,Thank you for contacting us. After conducting a thorough review, we regret to inform you that we are unable to confirm proper tracking of this activity. Unfortunately, without conclusive tracking, we will be unable to credit your account for this activity.We highly recommend that all our members carefully review the Terms and Conditions associated with each offer to ensure that all criteria are met for proper tracking and crediting. Adhering to these guidelines is essential to prevent any discrepancies in the crediting process.We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter."

    I have been a member for over ******************************************************** recent years. Points are not credited like they are supposed to. **************** is not very good and refusing to give credit when proof has been provided. I think it's very shady that certain high level points aren't rewarded. I am so disappointed with this company.

    I think they are a scam. Somehow, my id/pw are no longer recognized. Even if I click on "forgot pw" & get a link to create a new one, the one one is not recognized when I try to sign in. & I copied & pasted it to ensure it wasn't misspelled. For them to help me, they want a copy of my driver's license! I have never heard of such a thing. What are they going to do, steal my identity or sell it off? Come on, this is a classic scam. First they disable your id then ask for sensitive info so they can it? Nope. Keep your points, I'm done.

    I have contacted ********* for almost 2 weeks just for a response to my ticket (#********) that I had asked on 7/25!! The customer service is a complete joke They usually don't read your question & just send bot responses. That usually leaves me with having to re -type my question to them AGAIN & sometimes AGAIN & AGAIN because they never READ the questions! It's real obvious that they don't care about their ************* really don't know why I have stuck with them this long for this kind of service, so, when I find a good survey site to replace them (Which won't be hard due to their awful customer service) I'm probably going to unsubscribe from them because this is pathetic! So beware! There is no customer service on Swagbucks because It looks like Swagbucks only answers when they feel like it.
