    Currently arguing with a staff member named ****** who refuses to read my supporting documents showing I was owed 2000 points for a swarm session at the latest yesterday (7/24). Their partner has stolen my data and all of the time it took to do a session on 7/9 and I am not being awarded all while this idiot staff member copy and pastes responses that aren't applicable to my situation. After almost a decade of positive experiences I am baffled at how ignorant this staff member is and the fact that my money is being withheld. Super scammy. DO NOT DO SWARM SESSIONS!!! They take your info and don't pay you all while lying.

    They deactivate my swagbucks account for no reason and sent me the following a generic email on my account when i contact their support:Hello ******, After careful review, our Compliance Team has determined to close your Swagbucks account. We identified one or more actions associated with your account that appear to violate our Terms of Use. Such actions put the integrity of our offer program, and the interests of our advertising partners, at significant risk. We regret having to take these actions, but in order to continue to provide services and rewards to our members, we sometimes have to take appropriate remedial steps, up to and including deactivation of user accounts that violate our Terms. You can review our *********** articles and Terms for more information regarding these policies. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

    Swagbucks used to be a great site to make a little extra money but now they are just scamming people. You do the surveys and once you accrue enough points for a gift card, they take the points but the page that allows you to get your gift card is broken and just redirects you back to the home page.

    Signed me out and said to contact support. I'm furious because I had spent $15 in a game and now I wasted money. Let this review be a reminder. DO NOT SPEND REAL MONEY IN GAME. They can suspend your account with no reason needed and pocket whatever you made for them. I feel disgusted.

    I don't think I've ever had a problem that wasn't resolved easily. I have been using Swagbucks for over 10 years. I enjoy the extra savings I get in the form of gift cards.

    Haave not responded to my complaint, terrible customer service so far and am still wrongfully suspended. Do not use this app.

    They closed my account for no reason. I was told it was because I violated terms of use. Which I did not. I asked them what exactly did I violated. They did not explain they just said I violated terms of use. They also don't reward you sometimes for completing offers. I wasted hours to earn money for nothing.

    Id give 0 stars if I could. I earned upwards of ***** points. Went in to redeem them to find my account had been suspended. I submitted a ticket and never received a response the next day my Accor had been deactivated. Still havent heard back
