Completed an offer last night that involved me spending money. Got a notification congratulating me on completing a goal. Immediately went to log in to find my account suspended. Sent in a ticket. They said that a violated their terms in regards to their discover offers. Asked for clarification because I've only don't a handful of offers in the two weeks I've had my account. They refused to elaborate and said they were upholding the ban.

I strictly adhered to the terms of service. I played the game offers for months till I built up ***** swagbucks. Within hours of trying to cash out a $250 they deactivated my account and won't accept an appeal with a ticket. The second they think it's worth more money to close you account they will do it and steal your hard earned money.

many times they dont give you points earned earned after completing surveys so you waste a lot of time doing their surveys for no reason, its ridiculous, paidviewpoint is a much better survey website

Makes you take an entire survey, then tells you you don't qualify. Basically they can get paid for the complete survey and the survey taker gets nothing. I have had it happen multiple times.

Deactivated for the second time, reached out to customer service just to be sent an automatic response saying my account has been closed for 'violating terms of service' related to Discover offers. They don't even attempt to explain. Beware, they'll pull this on you and take your hard earned money.

They are a mixed bag. Some things work great and offer points that can be redeemed for gift cards and are pretty straightforward. Other things seem like they should be, but end up being a huge pain in the neck. They blame other vendors or not being able to verify things like "completing level 20 of a game" when I have already completed AND have been given credit for! higher levels... That's $2 of rewards that I expected to get as part of the time I put in up until that point, which I apparently will not get, even after providing screenshots and explanations about how it works. I just wish that they could be more consistent and be able to resolve these obvious errors without having to spend even more of my time to try to get $2 corrected...

Sadly, their support process is woefully dysfunctional. When you open a ticket, you are required to select something from their Activity Ledger. Once you do that, hopefully they respond. However, if they choose to close the ticket, there is no accountability. You cannot follow up with support. There are no phone numbers or live chat agents. Opening a general ticket gives you an automated response that tells you to use the Activity Ledger. Doing so more than once gets you an automated response that says 'we've already told you to use the Activity Ledger'. In both instances, tickets are automatically closed. The problem is that once the Activity Ledger is used, IT CAN NEVER BE USED AGAIN TO SUBMIT A TICKET. Once that happens, you are left with no recourse. There is no way to follow up or ask for further assistance. A closed ticket can be seen but not replied to. Even their 'human' responses through ******** tell you to open a ticket through the Ledger, even after you tell them it's already been done and no longer an option. In short, you can open a ticket for support, they may or may not answer, and you have no way to follow up or hold them accountable, which means you really don't have any support at all.
