      Dreams are made with an excellent team to over come obstacles as they arose, sold my house and bought new home both with PennyMac. Team was excellent and worked great over coming every obstacle, closing on both same day in less then 30 days from finding the home of your dreams until living in it.

      Penny Mac Mortgage as a mortgage company that helps you through a catastrophe is the worst ever. They do not support you in any aspect of the misery you go through after your home is devastated by two hurricanes. They have made our lives miserable takin their sweet time in holding our money so that we have to drag the contractors through hell. I have asked them numerous times to help me out in terms of getting my "money" to me as soon as possible but their lack of understanding is amazing. Thanks to them we are constantly late with our payments with contractors. We have to change our schedules just to fit their timeline and they are very hard to understand. The worst expeirence ever.
