      Purchased my home in October 2022 and my loan was bought by PennyMac one month later. I hate that happened. I have had issues since the entire 1st year. Company has automatically drafted mortgage payment twice in one month then charged me for funds not being available after second draft. Website representatives never, ever answer messages in inbox when time frame is suppose to be 24-48 hours (still waiting). Customer service representatives place you on hold for over 30-40 minutes with no resolutions and no one calls you back after they escalate the issue. Last but not least ALL ASSISTANCE PLANS ARE SCAMS UNDER THIS COMPANY!!!!

      Some of the worst customer service! I sold my home over a year ago and was still receiving calls about mortgage protection. come to find out PennyMac was still giving out my contact info even after I was no longer a client! You have lost a customer for life, Vets don't take kindly to breaches of trust or security!

      Just closed on Tuesday 9-12–23 on an equity re-fi and my cash will be available on that 18th. The entire process took 30 days but a lot of it was contingent upon me supplying the necessary documents ASAP! Great communication from the MAC Team and my loan officer Mr. B****** ***** was exceptional.

      The loan consultant and loan processor did what they can to expedite the process on their end. They both made the whole process much easier and always maintained great communication with me.

      Our re-fi was a very easy and simple process with Pennymac, In the early stages we were advised to keep up with all documentation requests and, because we did, the entire loan process was simple, easy to follow, and painless! We closed in a very reasonable amount of time.
