      Penny Mac did an awesome job, they were there for us every set of the way. We are very grateful to have had the opportunity to work with such nice people. Loan went smoothly right down to the Notary. If you are a veteran and you want to buy a house I highly recommend them.

      Horrible loan company to work with. The keep delaying closing on small technicalities. When they had weeks to resolve issues, they waited until 2pm on the last day and then say they have to extend closing AGAIN. None of their closing documents were correct, ever, even up the signing. They tried to delay closing based on an already resolved issue. This is a horrible lender and I would not recommend them to anyone.

      Can not gets straight answers and always get different answer dependent on who you talk with and they are horrible at keeping your escrow payments consistent!!!!

      Everyone I talked with and worked with, was very knowledgeable, helped me understand the process and responded to any questions.
      Definitely would recommend them to anyone. If the time comes, would use them again for myself.

      They state they are a company dedicated to providing me with superior service. They state they can reduce monthly payments, make adjustments and make sure your home loan fits your financial needs and committed to a loan that fits my lifestyle. Beware, they have predatory lending practices.
      I was told I would only have to pay premiums for 3 years in 2017 and they would be able to be removed. I tried after 3 years to refinance when interest rates were low but was unable to complete this due to a technicality on their end. Now they are unwilling to help drop off my mortgage insurance premiums and help make adjustments because they do not have to legally and state I signed a document at closing that locks this in for 11 years so I will be continued to be charge me premiums for 5 more years unless I refinance but interest rates are now higher and this would not decrease my premiums. Due to the infrastructure bill Biden passed, new originated mortgages don't have to pay the premiums at all and the only way to readjust it is to refinance. I will never use this company again. Please beware or their predatory lending practices and misinformation and read all the fine print cause they are not on your side.

      N**** **** at PennyMac was awesome. She made the experience so easy and was very helpful. She even answered my emails over the weekend!!! I will use them again when I purchase another home!

      PennyMac clarified an issue about title insurance. Bottom line is never use an inexperienced realtor. Their job “the realtor “ is to protect the customer from paying unnecessary fees at closing. The profession sure makes enough for the “work” they do on the customers behalf.

      I submitted an insurance claim roof repair check for Pennymac endorsement on June 11th via the online portal (insuranceclaimcheck.com). I used direct deposit and am waiting for funds to be electronically transferred to my bank. Each time that it rains, water pours into our roof. Why is Pennymac delaying getting us the insurance repair check? More and more water damage is being done each time it rains.

      PennyMac has been over my mortgage since 2016 and I have been extremely happy. First, their website is very easy to use when making payments, looking up documents, information about taxes, escrow, etc. Additionally, I recently inquired about a home equity loan so I could pay off a couple of debts and have money to do needed repairs. The entire process went so much more smoothly and quickly than I had expected. Throughout the process, they kept me updated about each step of the process. Even when the next step was passed on to someone else, each person was informative and friendly. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

      Most disgusting loan company to deal with. Changes and unlock interest on their own freaking whim and blame my client. Just avoid them and deal with a local lender, let this mess stay where it's at. I'm an agent, don't even try to dispute your unprofessional ways over here. I will tell everyone about your customer service and avoid you like plague, made my client lose a lot of money and when I asked another lender about the legality of what they did, other lender stated you did illegal things. It took the other lender less than a day to tell my client what they needed, but it took you more than 21 days to figure out what you wanted.
