      B****** ***** was our loan officer. We (my wife and I) have never received the level of customer service as we had from B******. His level of respect, professionalism, and overall soft skills made it an absolute pleasure to have worked with him. B****** would be the only reason that I would ever receive a loan through Penny Mac again.
      Liem Nguyen was easy to work with and kept us informed with the status of our loan.
      Our issue was with the length it took to actually receive the need funds to close on land that we were purchasing. If we hadn't found a second means of securing the needed down payment, we would have lost a lifetime opportunity. I felt that Braheem made every possible attempt to meet our land closing date but met a lot of resistance from the policies, procedures, and other employees.
      The number of times we had to send the same documents became exhausting. Also, my wife had a very difficult time signing a document. The issue took hours to rectify, and it became extremely frustrating.
      Lastly, we had set our payment up to wire transfer. The funds did not post into our account on the date specified and we found out that a check was sent instead. It took us hours to get the check canceled and the funds wired as specified.

      Such an unpleasant experience. Nearly impossible to communicate with our loan officer. The whole process took about eight weeks. Maybe more. It’s a blur. Every document that we received through the portal or needed to send to flood//home owners insurance companies was inaccurate and took literal weeks to get corrected. Our home owners insurance was paid on our old loan the day before we closed at 150% increased rate! So all of that additional money was deducted from our cash out that we were expecting to receive. Now we have to go through another process to try to reclaim $8,000 dollars!!! Our closing documents were inaccurate literally up to two hours before we closed, and our loan officer and MyMac team member were both MIA for two days. Such sloppy and unprofessional work. The lack of communication was just astounding.

      I called looking for some assistance to have one payment deferred for the first time since establishing a mortgage. I was told that is not an option because options change each month weather they are helpful or not. The representative had the audacity to get an attitude with me because I questioned their consistency practices. Clearly their assistors are not properly trained to handle a simple situation like that and not provide contradictory information over the phone. They use misleading tactics to avoid providing assistance to people in need. If I could afford to do so I would change mortgage providers in a heart beat and others should seriously consider their options. For such a large company they do so little...

      Their customer service is HORRIBLE!!!!! They made an error on my account and know I am incurring multiple bank fees because of their error that they refuse to correct. Highly disappointed.

      PennyMac and their associates ( Wi***** and N*****) were absolutely professional, patient and made the refinance process as painless as possible. I would absolutely recommend the company for your next loan processing.

      Excellent experience and smooth closing. Prompt service with all questions answered. Loan office called every few days and the whole team was on top of the process. Got our final CD 1 week prior to closing!! Such a pleasure to work with. Will definitely work with them again.

      A flagrant disregard for customer and property well being. My house suffered major damage in a storm. The insurance company had a check to me in a week. However to get it endorsed by Pennymac has take another month. Its not just a simple matter of uploading a few documents, but repeated and continues frustration. The supervisor I spoke with who said they would "fast track it now" and call me back in two days, still has not returned my call. I still do not have the money to fix my house, and the latest story about it was "well you should see it in another 6 days"
