      i like the gentleman below me Have asked for closure of my account and to be refunded my monies into my bank account! i’ve supplied the requested information numerous times! i’ve asked for places online i can even use there payment and have got no reply to that! they have now locked me out of the account and do not reply to any of my emails! So based on that i would advise no one in Canada to use this was to pay for anything as you will be be able to even if you wanted to!! The customer service is garbage and in no way would i ever attempt to use them again! and please don’t reply with You asked for anything in writing because i was never asked for anything in writing l! and that doesn’t explain the fact i was given no reply for what sites accept this as a payment option nor does it explain why i have been locked out of the account!

      Please be advised that your case has been referred to the Complaints Department of paysafecard for further review and response. We hereby welcome this opportunity to investigate your concerns and address them accordingly.



      Based on our understanding, your complaint arises from the inability to carry out transactions with your account, leading to your request for a refund of the outstanding balance.



      You opened your myPaysafe on 12 February 2024, thereby agreeing to the General Terms and Conditions of the myPaysafe. On 2 March 2024, your account was locked by our security system due to unusual behavior.



      We would like to inform you that your account has been blocked in accordance with Section 4 of our General Terms & Conditions.



      To verify and unlock your account, please provide a copy of your valid national ID. Once we receive it, we will review the document and proceed to unlock your account.



      Nonetheless, if you decide to have your balance refunded, we will need the following documentation:



      your bank account statement or a screenshot of your online banking showing the following: SWIFT code, transit number (5 digits), institution number (3 digits), bank account number (7-12 digits), name of the bank.

      - ID document of the bank account´s holder (front and back side)



      If you do not have a bank account in your name, as an exception we can refund your myPaysafe balance to a bank account of a trusted person or a family member.



      To perform the refund, we need the following information:



      1. The desired recipient’s postal address (street, city, country, postal code), full legal names, and date of birth.



      2. A bank statement of your account showing: Name of the bank, Swift code, Bank account number (7 digits), branch number (5 digits), institution number (3 digits);



      3. An ID document of the recipient and a letter of consent confirming that you accept the transfer of your myPaysafe balance to the recipient. Please include the desired person's name, both of your signatures, date and time, and your customer ID. Alternatively, we can also accept a photo of your ID next to the ID of the bank account holder (front and back) for the purpose of consent.



      Please do not send photos of your Credit or Debit cards and ensure your pictures are readable and in full size. This will help us to process your inquiry faster.



      After conducting our investigation and considering the aforementioned findings, we have chosen to partially confirm your complaint. We recognize the inconvenience caused by the account suspension; however, as a regulated financial institution, it is imperative for us to adhere to our regulatory obligations.



      We regret any inconvenience caused by this situation and hope that you can understand our position as a regulated financial institution. At paysafecard, we take customer dissatisfaction seriously and strive to learn from our customers' experiences to improve our products and services continually.

      AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! We canceled this account 5 years. The charged us $160 for 5 years. Over $9600 they have charged us since we canceled the account. They claim that we never canceled it but we have proof that we did. My next step is to write a google review, facebook review, yelp review and then to top it off, we are going to the Texas Attorney General's office. This hit my credit and made it so I won't be able to buy a house. It lowered my credit score 130 points. We have instructed our lawyer to file a lawsuit to regain our lost money plus damages. Please avoid doing business with this horrible business. There are much better options!

      This company charged my a monthly service when I never used this service. I change the name of the company and the email. I never received the contract and I was never informed about the outrageous fees charged for keeping the service even though I did not used the service. I asked for a refund when a found out I was being charged regardless of the using the service. All I saw on the bank account with “bank card MOTO, disc” no phone number, on explanation of the monthly charge. When a finally found out where the change was coming from, they told me I can’t get a refund that fees. Tuff luck.
      Paysafe is a multilayers company - Flagship, Swip simple, Paysafe. The provide merchant services
      I not use this company. It is a total rip off. You can see by the number of complaints this company should be out of business. I would give a Zero rating if I could. 1 is to good.

The account was boarded to process sales related to merchandise, and agreed upon processing parameters included a $2,000 large transaction. The first sale was more than 150% of the approved volume, and when reviewing the sale, we learned this was an 'application fee', which relates to a non-approved service. As we could not verify this sale as one that was approved for this processing account, and it significantly exceeded contract parameters, we chose to exercise our contractual right to part ways. This is outlined in section 8.4 of the terms and conditions of the Merchant Processing Agreement. 8.4 BANK may terminate this Agreement immediately and without cause upon providing MERCHANT with written notice of such termination. As a courtesy, funds related to this sale have been submitted for release, by check, and will be delivered via Federal Express to the legal name and physical address provided on the merchant application.

      If I could give them 0 stars I would.
      Attempted to set up CC processing for my company and send me a bill for $230.80 for fees and processing. While I never looked into them or asked them to do this. Then when I call them to see what's going on keep telling me they have all this info on me but need xyz to ensure they have the right account.
      They said all they can do is close the account but I'll still need to pay them the money or they will report me to credit companies for failure of payment. GTFO. Huge waste of time and resources having to deal with these ppl.

      Probably the Worse Company you can choose for you Credit Card Processing ...excessive charges even after closing the account.
      Closed account on 11/6/2023, they still took monthly charges for November and December.
      On 12/22/2023 they took $239.00 out of my account for the cost of the Terminal, which was already returned to them in November. Called them on 12/27/23 about the charge and emailed them proof the the terminal was returned and that they received it on 11/16/23 ... They told me that they money would be returned to may account in 24 to 48 hours ... On 1/5/24 I called them again that I had not received my money back yet, again they asked me to email them my proof from UPS that the terminal was returned on 11/16/23 ... Again I was told that the money would be returned in 24 to 48 hours. called again on 1/19/24 that I have still not received my money back ... This appears to be the MOST DISORGANISED Company (or DISHONEST) that I have ever delt with ... STAY AWAY

      Worst company on the planet, very difficult to make a dispute with, only want you send them a fax, they use bulling methods with late night threats. Stole 10,000 from my husband company. Stay away do not use.

      STAY AWAY!!
      They’ve charged me over $500 in the last 3 months even though I cancelled my account with them. They have not refunded any of my money and their customer service (especially D***) has been terrible.
      They still have not made anything right with me and I am out $.
      After I closed my account, I specifically asked them, “you will not pull anything out of my checking account again, correct?”
      They responded no, your account is closed. I now have 2 more charges since that conversation.
      They were unable to provide me with any documentation as to even what the charges were for.
      AGAIN STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

      Terrible company with terrible customer service. Used the credit card merchant services for a few years for our ecommerce website. Whenever we had to reach out to customer service to provide a statement or dispute a chargeback we were transferred multiple times to different departments. Website for disputing chargebacks is intentionally confusing and difficult to navigate. We finally ended our services and they deducted a MC Lost Case Filing Fee for $420 four months later. They haven't provided any documentation from Mastercard regarding this fee.
