      I would not recommend Closet World to anyone. They made a sizing error on my closet and its going to take them an extra 5 days to correct it. Meanwhile my house is a mess because I cant put anything back and ** getting married in a week. All they could maybe give me is $150 back on my over $5000 purchase. I would have left 0 stars but it made me leave 1.

      **** was a great technician. Very professional and kind. The closet is absolutely beautiful! The designer, ********************, was also fantastic. She went above and beyond to make sure the design was perfect! I spoke with the dispatcher both before and after the installation and he was awesome as well. So completely professional and sweet! Fantastic experience all the way around

      ******** was amazingListened to meanswered all my questions.Designed closet and bathroom custom cabinet in front of me. ******** made the consultation fun and for that there was no question as to which company I was going to use. Closet World needs to use ******** for training other sales consultants. Honest and professional. ******** takes her job seriously . Your project is definitely her baby

      **** was AMAZING. She was a joy to partner with to create the ultimate and perfect closet for my very small space. She was creative and truly understood my frustration with not being able to fit my belongings into the non-functioning closet in my apartment. And Yes, I am investing money into an apartment! **** took it on! I am looking forward to more upgrades and to referring others to her.

      ***** - the installer did an amazing job. He is clever. The only question was that the estimator did not give us a warning about the baseboard as we told him that we were remodeling the house when the estimator came in to estimate. Anyhow, with *****'s quick thinking - he was able to get the job done. We will keep you posted if we encounter any issues with our closet.

      Coupon is a scam. They raise the price then offer you the 50% off. Sales representative was wonderful but to many red flags. Don't go w the first quote. They will continue to lower the price.
