      **** is amazing! Really responsive, and incredibly creative! Se has an awesome eye for design (with matching training and experience), and knows the product really well. After 4 or 5 contractors and an interior designer all shrugged their shoulders at our office project, **** came in and designed the perfect room. We couldnt be happier!

      Once they make the sale customer service goes out the window. Make sure you do your own measurements because the installation is only as good as the designers measurements.

      Closet World bid less than $2000 for my dream laundry room compared to Home Depots $9000 bid! They also came to me with their free estimateHome Depot charged me $300 for theirs and I had to travel to them twice before I received the estimate that was more than 2x what I told them I could spend!

      On 10/11/23 I signed an sale agreement with **************************** for my Master bedroom closet and second room walk-in closet cabinets installation based on the design we agreed upon and the installation date given by **************************** installation team was 11/2/2023 but the product and installation is not done/delivered and after repeated enquires about the status "Installation team update is, its been cancelled and contact the sales team" When contacted sales team there is no proper updates from sales team and every time the response from customer/sales representative is "Your message is delivered to Sales Manager and they get back to you by EOD" but until today from 11/1 there is no one from the company contacted me on the status of the order and installation plan and keeping us in the dark without any information which I am feeling like I have been duped or scammed.Closet World has deducted 20% of the $4000 which is $800 from credit card so far and already sent a ***** Fargo financing card for the rest of the $3200 without providing the product/service/installation of the agreed closets. I am afraid to say that I feel like I have been scammed as I doubt the genuinity of the company as they are not giving any response on my order status and there is no communication after repeated calls and requests to get the updates on my order status and Installation plan or dates.As I have been billed and the amount has been already taken without delivering the product and company sales representatives are rude and misrepresent every time with false responses. I have been in the notion that this is one of the fraud or false sales and need immediate attention and response on the status and next action items here.

      The designer Reneta was great... she is very experienced and gave me ideas and put me in the right direction... Now I am just waiting for the installation to be done... we'll see how that goes.
