      They were quick to come and give me a quote, and take two deposits; but now that it's locked in, they are not calling or emailing me back. I have been trying to reach someone for over a week to make a change to the order, and I've even asked to speak to a manager, and there is absolutely ZERO customer service. No one is responding to me. I am so disappointed.

      **************** was a GREAT installer! Really took the time to explain the installation process. There were no surprises. Was able to follow ******'s layout perfectly. I am very happy with the installation. He cleaned up the area very well, as well as the work area on the driveway. He even went out of his way to haul away some old material. A truly stand-up guy and professional in his craft. Thank you!

      The design was sketched out by the sales rep. I told them I needed to see the rendering first to see what their sales rep had designed; however, I was pressured into signing the contract if I wanted the discounted price quoted. Against my better judgement I signed the contract after the sales rep told me I could get my money back anytime, even after the 3 days listed in the contract. They told me they would get it to me right away. What I received was nothing that could be built. The walls did not resemble anything I was shown in their catalog. Each wall section was not connected and had no continuity from wall to wall. at which point I requested dimensions. They told me they do not provide dimensions. and the sales rep has no direct contact with the person doing the 3D rendering. I am a professional Interior Designer (ID) with over 40 years in the field. I asked them how they intend to build the closet design without dimensions. They told me they build it from their 3D program. I stated I needed to see dimensions to confirm a custom area in the closet that would be adequate to fit my safe. They stated they do not provide dimensions. They stated if it is not correct they would fix it after it is installed. As a professional ID I don't let anything get built by a third party sub contractor without shop drawings. I have no trust in Closet World and that they can build my closet to my satisfaction. There has not been anything build to date or installed. I do not want to do business with Closet World and I respectfully request my $2400 deposit be refunded back to me.

      Scheduled work not completed on confirmed date and time previously scheduled 2+ weeks from this date March 27 2024. Deposit taken at the time of request 0n March 9 2024. Request for refund denied by Closet World ***************** ******* technicians arrival was scheduled and confirmed by me as being between 1 and 3pm March 27 2024.

      ****** did an amazing job sketching everything out in a way that helped us really see the possibilities for our walk in closet and a built in for our ***********. She was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. We are looking forward to working with her on our projects.

      Lousy. Lousy. Lousy. Their customer service stinks. Their sales reps do not return phone calls, do not respond to email, do not respond to text messages. The office staff fails to follow up. Don't waste your time getting a quote as there is no follow-up and no way to get it touch. Very unprofessional all around..

      Do not allow their installers into your home. I was robbed. Their installers snuck over to an area they were not supposed to be and went through drawers to steal valuables. Closet World has not helped me to recover my valuables, upper management never called me to take a statement, update me on their investigation (because they likely arent doing one). I have an email stating they allow their installers into more homes after the theft took place. They are putting people in danger!

      ******* was great. Very respectful of our home and exceptionally detailed orientated. He provided a comprehensive design plan with a range of prices that fit within our budget!

      I HAD MY CLOSET ***TALLATION ON TUESDAY 2/20/24. I THOUGHT I WOULD HAVE THE PERFECT CLOSET TILL THE ***TALLATION GUYS FINISHED ***TALLING THE CLOSET AND WE REALIZED THE BACK BOARD WAS NOT INCLUDED. DESIGNER FAILED TO MENTION THE **** THAT WE WOULD NEED TO PAY ADDITIONAL COST FOR THE BACKBOARD WHICH WE WOULD OF AGREED TO IT IF ONLY SHE HAD MENTIONED IT AT THE **** OF SIGNING THE CONTRACT. WE WERE UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT THE BACKBOARD WOULD BE INCLUDED WITH THE PROJECT. AS WE REALIZED THE END RESULT I IMMEDIATELY REACH OUT TO HER AND SHE ESTIMATED THAT THE COST WOULD BE NO MORE THAN **** BUT SHE WOULD NEED TO TALK TO SUPERVISOR (****). WHEN SHE FOLLOWED UP WITH THE SUPERVISOR SHE INFORMED ME THAT DEPENDING ON THE MATERIAL WE WANTED TO USE THE COST FOR MATERIAL WOULD BE BETWEEN 2000-2500 IN ADDITION WE WOULD NEED TO PAY FOR UN***TALLING THE CLOSET AND RE***TALLATION ANOTHER 2-3 K. THIS WOULD NOW BE ADDING APPROXIMATELY 5K TO THE PROJECT WHICH IS ***ANE CONSIDERING THE **** THAT WE ALREADY PAID 6K FOR THE PROJECT. IT'S BEEN FEW DAYS NOW AND I'M TRY TO REACH A SUPERVISOR WHO CAN HELP RESOLVE THIS NEGLIGENCE. WHEN WE DECIDED TO PUT OUR PROJECT IN CLOSET WORLD'S HANDS WE ASSUMED THAT THEY WERE THE EXPERTS AND THAT THEY WOULD GUIDE US THROUGH ALL THE *** AND OUT OF DESIGNING THE PERFECT CLOSET AND INFORM US THOROUGHLY OF ALL THE THING WE WOULD NEED TO CONSIDER.I HAVE BEEN CALLING CLOSET WORLD WITH THE INTEND TO GET SOMEONE WHO CAN ASSIST WITH THIS MATTER AND I HAVE JUST BEEN TRANSFERRED FROM DEPARTMENT TO DEPARTMENT. IT'S MORE THAN OBVIOUS THAT CLOSET WORLD FAILS TO HAVE PROPER COMMUNICATION WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS. I WAS TOLD BY THE DESIGNER HER SUPERVISOR WILL CALL ME NO LATER THAN 2/22/24 AND TILL NOW I HAVEN'T GOTTEN A FOLLOW UP CALL. I HOPE TO HEAR FROM SOMEONE SOON!
