      Our Sr. ********* Designer, ***************************** was very patient with unique ideas to resolve our small garage wall storage challenges, even though it was a small $$ ************* can not wait for installation ! **************

      This company comes with smiling face when they need business but when you call for broken cabinets , they do not want to listen to you rather make several excuses not to cover the damages , they do not disclose the detailed warrant , cheating customers left and right , When I called their supervisor , *** says we will charge $130.00 just to check what is damaged , then they will give estimate of repair, *********************** never disclosed they will charge $130.00 for coming and just looking at the damage . Do not ever do business with this fraudulent ripoff company and rather warn other friends and relatives never do any business with this company , ultimately they will be out of business and never the consumers again.*********************

      **** was great. He explained what he was going to do. He prepared the estimate quickly and to my satisfaction. He worked with me on price and closed the deal. Im very happy with the purchase and look forward to the install.

      if i could - i would give closet world a -5 star- the worst experience in my carrer and we are just trying to set a day for installation (ilthe only reason I gave a one star - i had to in order to post). **************** does not exsist - our ********************** designer went on "medical leave" - which I dont believe - we have been given 3 dates for install - May 31st - June 11h and June 27th to be told again (after i initiated the call) we are NOT on the schedule and the order is still pending. My client (an attorney) is far from pleased and we will not be moving forward, for Closet World is in breach of contract - over promise and dont deliever... heaven knows if the promised quality of materials and installation is fact ir fiction. I warn you - RUN far from Closet World and its sister company Closets by Design!!!!! Additionally, their customer service employees are ill trained and service should be taken out of their title!!! They appear to be ill equipped and ignorant of he ability to assist anyone and the simple task of answering and transfering the phone is foeign! Like I said RUN quickly - do not stop - pass go even if you dont get $200. i trusts this is the reason they constantly run deals!!! if you are in contract and closet world has not held up their deal - they are in breach of contract - demand your money back and run!!!!! Never again!!!!

      Wonderful job once again. This was my second project with Closet World. ********* developed the perfect plan with exact measurements, and she knows better than I what I want. The installer was great. He did so much work in 2.40 hours. We were amazed. I wouldn't go with anyone else but CW. ******

      ******* our installer was awesome. His 3rd day on the job as an apprentice all by himself did a fantastic job. I was hesitant at first but he definitely proved his worth. I highly recommend ******* and Closet World for their work and projects. We will definitely be calling them back for more work.

      My husband and I are entirely dissatisfied with what has been installed. The quality of the finish on the closet looks like some cheap garage cabinetry you would get from *********** nothing like the nice example material we were shown. There are scuffs and imperfections all over. The measurements are entirely wrong. How we requested certain aspects of the closet to be built/installed were not followed. We were guaranteed it would be all installed and finished within one day, but the installer showed up 30 minutes after the arrival window we were given, he didnt finish the job and he couldnt provide a time that he would be back to finish the job. Management has been completely unhelpful in resolving everything mentioned above, and so far their only solution includes additional cost to us to fix their mistakes. I wouldnt recommend this company to build a shoebox, let alone a custom bedroom closet.
