      The experience with Closet World was a complete nightmare. We were visited by a Sales rep by the name of *************************** and she gave us a sales pitch that was very informative. I looked at their product, and found it to be of a very high quality. However because of timing I decided to cancel our order with them within the time constraints I was given, and requested my $750 deposit back. At this point I feel I was given the run around. ******* sent me a response saying I had canceled too late, and I reminded her I was still within the timeframe she had told me. She told me to call the Closet world office and that I should have no problem getting my refund. I called the office and was told to write an email to finalize my request. No one ever responded to me as of April 3rd, and I'm still out of my $750 dollars. I was hoping to use their services later on in the year, but now I understand they are not professional at handling cancellations at all.

      One of the worst experiences I've had when dealing with a service. Unskilled designers, no accountability or responsibility for their mistakes, unprofessional. Multiple design revisions, bad measurements, lack of transparency of what you actually get.

      Designer was experienced and knowledgeable. The installation person was precise and detailed. Very nice results!

      Horrible designer. I dont recommend her for anyone. She does not qualify for the designer position, no customer service experience. Did not specify any additional parts that does not come with the standard order. The installer was a professional individual too bad the designer ruined the star for closet world
