      Pretty sure I had a run-in with the owner while looking for something. He asked if I was looking for something and I said yes and asked for my item he then proceeded to guide my there by grabbing the back of my neck and "guiding me there". Will never shop with them again would report for harassment if that was an option. Don't shop here and if you have to if the old guy asks if you need help say no. Very inappropriate behavior. Would give 0 stars if it was an option.

      Forced to give one star. Zero stars really. Almost everything they sell works once if youre lucky. Most of the ***** matter that they sell doesnt even work once. It is such a waste of time and energy buying anything from this place because you will either be out the money you spent or you will spend more time and energy returning the junk than even stupidly buying it. Please dont waste your time buying from Harbor Freight, even ******* has better quality products. The people working there are alright and I have nothing against the employees, but the corporation is total worthless c***

      They continue to send emails from multiple fake email addresses with no way to unsubscribe. The website is bogus and leads to a survey allegedly to win free tools.

      Coupons are a big joke. The 20% off any single item, excludes about 1/2 the inventory in the small print.

      There lying about having trailers in stock. But they don't ...it's a gimmick just so you show up to there store. There website says they do. There customer representative say they do but as soon as you show up they dont..

      We bought 2 metal detectors from our local store. Never opened one and decided we didnt need 2. Tried to return it and because it was 2 weeks past the return policy date I was told theres nothing they will do! Not even return for a store credit. This is an item in the box that was never opened!!!! I will never shop from this company again. Poor customer service. This is not how you get repeat customers BTW! Closing our account and will never go back!

      This is about the scams this *** Harbor Freight .is obviously not looking into. Re. Free items from them. I am getting emails daily from scammers. Will ************. to find out exactly how the email address got out OR sold to them. Not happy. DONT give Harbor Freight your info. No wonder this *** is not with the BBB. 0 stars

      DO NOT BUY A GENERATOR HERE!! We just bought a generator for 980$ and when we set it up, it was faulty. The generator is supposed to start either with a button or with a pull start. Only pull start would work. That is for the first two times. After that it didnt work. We tried a few times and still wouldnt work. Went to return it. The company charged us a 20% restocking fee. So they are charging customers a restocking fee and putting the faulty generators back on shelves for ** to buy and then the whole cycle starts again. How disappointing. We use this company for personal and business. Never again. Ill rather go to Lowes or ********** now. Please save your money and go somewhere else.

      S***** company, its just that simple. Card was declined 3 times and still was charged. For the price of ICON why would you not just go for husky or Milwaukee when its on sale.
