      Harbor Freight sent me a Fathers Day coupon for 20% off any one item, but when I tried to use it to to buy shop vac I was told the coupon cant be used for that.

      Their coupons are as cheesy as thier tools . 20% off nothing you would want . Read the very fine print ,just a ploy to get you in their store . Stay out !

      Terrible. Bought battery backup for my vehicle. Started making a screaming noise soon after. Told because it was an online purchase that I had to mail back and no shipping company will accept a screaming machine. Got noise complaints at home and had to go through extra to dispose of. Trying to dispute charge through bank, since they made impossible to fulfill return.

      My wife purchased at Atlas Brand battery lawn trimmer at the *****************, ** location for me as a Christmas present. I recently opened the item and used it for the first time in May as theres obviously no need to use it in ******* during winter. After second use the defective metal housing on the motor completely broke away from the handle rendering the tool useless. When I spoke to the store manager **** about it he said he would not stand behind the product at all. I paid including the battery about $300 and its total junk after two uses. Poor business practice by the *****************, ** location! Buyer beware!

      YOU HAVE TO BUY 3 TIRES TO GET 2 OK TIRES ( HAUL-MASTER 10 in. Pneumatic Tire with Gold Hub )Most of these wheels in stock have sidewall bulges. There is a bulge across the tire where the sidewall bulge is.If you try to exchange the defective tire at the *********** ** store, the employees there cannot follow their own exchange policy. Exchange policy says ( proof of purchase ) My receipt is proof of purchase! A valid Government ID for a return must be presented for a return! ( But not for a exchange ) Their RETURN POLICY is for returns ONLY, NOT EXCHANGES !!!I will not show my ID for a $ **** dollar exchange. Their use of my ID is for some sort of scam, ID Theft or other nefarious purpose. ******. ******************** and all other retailers in *********** **, DO NOT REQUIRE YOUR ID TO MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE FOR LESS THAN $100.00 OR MORE.I hope Harbor Freight Founder and CEO, ( ******************* ) see's this.I will no longer buy anything at Harbor Freight that is over $10.00 that might even have the slightest chance of needing a return or exchange !!

      If I could give zero I would. I recently ordered a toolchest online ,us general 72in to match the one I bought 7 months ago.It was on clearance, new series was coming . Order went through order in possessing. I wait about a month 21 biss days for ship , I hear nothing so I call first lady says they are looking for a shipper. So I wait another week hear nothing so I call and get a lady says sorry item is back ordered and may or may not show up from ***** and my order will be canceled card refunded is there anything else I can do for you she says . Mean while my card was charged the day I made my order and my credit score dropped aswell when they **** well know they don't have the chest. Harbor Freight is the worst...

      Very disappointing customer service. They didnt support a product that I bought from them less than a year ago. Worse yet they acted like I never bought it from there. They wouldnt even take the time to look up an order that I purchased using my credit card. I will never shop there again and I will make sure every one I know is aware of the way I was treated.

      Lousy customer service. Tried returning a broken angle grinder but lost the receipt. They suggested I come back when they were less busy. Not too busy to sell me a piece of junk, but too busy to help me when there's a problem. Although I've given them my phone number every time I bought something, they could not find me or the receipt.

      Harbor freight *****. They want to purchase a membership to buy there! Stupid just another way to make money or charge you more! They are thieves! Not planning on going back there. Think I will pay alittle more at *******

      I ordered an online dump trailer for my garden. It arrived damaged with dents and misalignments, and the holes for the bolts didn't match up. I wrote a review on their website with one star. They didn't post it when they posted other reviews with five stars on May 20th. I wrote the review on May 23rd or 24th. I also emailed the company regarding the product, but I haven't received any response from them. I'm forced to report it to you
