  I was given a debt collection letter from this company in regards to an account for Sapientes Funding LLC. I have never heard of this company, for one, and for two, have never paid or done business with them to incur such a debt. It supposedly happened in 02/22. It is clearly a scam, and if it is not taken care of I will take legal action. I refuse to pay on something that is NOT real.

  I received a letter from Wakefield and associates stating I owe a debt of ******* with interest to Sapientes funding. Ive never heard of yall. My son was sent the same letter. Stop wasting your time money and paper please and most of all stop wasting my time

  Receiving calls for three debts I do not recognize. I asked for dates of service etc but was told I have to request in writing. I contacted the creditors they said I owed and the creditors could not verify the debt either. SCAM artists. Will notify all three credit bureaus not valid debts.

  SCAM, SCAM, wakefield recovery services, saying I owe always $. I called always $ and they said I have a small balance not enough to pursue, or garnish my wages. These people telling me its been filed through court and my balance is way more then what I borrowed from always $. They going to to add ***** of fees if I don't make a payment today. SCAM SCAM.

  They will not stop contacting me. I thought I had already blocked them but I did it again. These reviews are all very helpful. Thank you. ***************** guys should be put down STAT. I hope there are some good detectives on it.

  I received a letter from this company today saying an owe a debt from a company that Ive never ever heard of. Ive called to have them to verify the debt. I need to know who this debt is from otherwise this is being reported as a scam. Ive been scammed before and it will not happen again.

  This is an underhanded collection agency. I would protest any bill they send and deal only with your original creditor. They buy bad collections from other companies and clients who chose not to pursue collections. They incorrectly use the name Sapientes Funding II, LLC as the name of the original creditor (who buys collection accounts) and then try to get you to pay a bill they cannot actually collect on, either because it was paid or written off already. They will not give the actual original creditors name. Always ask for original creditor, and complain to them for using these sharks if they did. I have received three false or unowed bills from them for services already paid for. or settled They will hassle your ***** year olds still living at home and, so don't give them their contact info, either. They will not allow paying parents any info on the account or billing, however they will take your bank account information for a payment. They need to be punished for trying to presssure people who do not owe money to pay. They should not be allowed to have my child's social security number and birth date. They are jerks to talk to, also. The only helpful person I talked to was new and didn't know the rules and gave me info that will probably get him fired.

  This company must think they are above the law for medical bills. The new law states that as of 2023 no medical bills under $500 will be placed on credit reports and no medical bills under a year old will be placed on credit reports also, but here I am arguing that point with this collection company Wakefield and associates out of ********* **. I just want to report this activity because this is just outrageous.

  They are using illegal tactics to get money from poeple. They have charged the same debt to my credit 4 times and calming own them for debt I have paid off and charging me 3 times for other debt. Something needs to be done about them. No only do call you hundred times but they dont sent you actual proof of the debt or who or went or what hospital or anything. I try to pay off the debt one time and told them I would pay it then sent me bill proving the debt and proof that I was paying them. They never take the money from account or sent me proof of bill and never contract me about the 7 other accounts until it was on my credit score.

  Well, NO STARS for this harassment. I'm called every single day. They give me no information and tried to tell me what my information should be. I told them you can ****** anything and find information on people. I am not telling you who I am because you called me. They refuse to tell me who they are calling on behalf of. Well, if they did that, possibly a conversation could take place. They are NASTY, and RUDE, and will not tell you anything. I will not tell them anything, it's MY PRIVATE information. I have not received anything via ***** I do not owe monies to anyone. The harassment is NONE STOP and DAILY. This company, appears to be a scam. I have never had anyone call me persistently and not tell me why. The attitude and numerous phone calls while I am working is completely UNACCEPTABLE.
