      **** S 08/15/2023 I have been harassed by this company about two bills that they claim I owe. Each time they call I ask them for the information on file and if they checked with the insurance company because it was a claim through an insurance . They replied, I see the name of the insurance company and to please remove the false information from credit report. My credit score dropped 50 points because of this false statement. I am a victim of a scam.

      I have been harassed by this company for months. Each time they call, I ask for a copy of the original bill and they hang up on me. One of the callers had stated that it was for a medical bill due for a hospital stay, so I called the only hospital I have ever been to in order to see if there were any outstanding bills. They informed me that I was paid in full. Somehow this company was able to fraudulently file a collection on my credit report stating the original creditor was Sapientes Funding LLC just as others have complained about. My credit scored dropped 100 points overnight due to this and I don't have any outstanding bills in my name, period. It is truly awful how a scam company can ruin such a big part of your life overnight over a LIE.

      They called me a few months ago about a debt had my name and recited a social security number that wasnt mine. I told her it wasnt mine, she asked what mine was. I wouldnt give it to her. Called the agency they were representing. The agency had no clue who they were and said that it was a scam. They didnt hire out to the company. Fast forward they are calling me again. Permanent block.

      They hit my credit twice with two different charges and neither creditor do I owe them anything. They are creating fake charges and placing them on people credit report. The creditor they show I owe is fake. No such company exist.

      I informed them the bills they are trying to collect for are illegal by Federal Law. I sent them the paperwork from the VA which states this clearly. When the VA pays a bill it is considered paid in full. It is a violation of Federal Law to be any additional charges to the Veteran. Just like ********* I informed the original medical facility and Wakefield & Associates multiple times. Now a medical bill is showing on my credit report. An illegal bill by the way. The problem is both medical billing offices did not code their original bill correctly. Then they refused to try and resubmit it. Now Im being slandered by a debate collector trying to get payment for an illegal bill. Anyone know a good civil attorney? These idiots are begging for a lawsuit and fraud charges and what ever the Federal Law says.

      They are not a real debt collector. They actually tried to get my social security number and told me if I don't provide it they would hurt my credit so I jumped on my 2 credit watching apps nothing so far and they will be disputed immediately if they try. Do not have anything to do with them ever.

      I received a text saying they were collecting a debt. When I called they stated I owed a hospital ***** from 2014? I dont owe anything.

      This company has put a debt on my credit for $2000 dollars!! I don't know who they are and have never heard of them! I looked them up and can't find anything!

      I just received a letter from Wakefield and Associates stating I owe money to Sapientes Funding as well. Just like so many reviewers before me. They are only SCAMS.
