      I ordered a pair of crocs on their cyber Monday sale on November 27. The order was to be delivered on December 6 to my grandson. I put in the full address including apartment number but unfortunately they forgot to add the apartment number and so it was returned, saying insufficient address. I called several times, trying to resolve the issue and hopefully possibly getting the shoes sent, but all they could offer me was excuses. After two or three phone calls of trying to figure out what was going on. I was finally informed that the shoes were returned to the warehouse and that I was to get a full refund by Christmas. Everything going on during the holidays I realized on January 3 that I still had not received my refund and called them a fourth time. They are now telling me that I have to wait 7 to 14 business days for my refund and that they were sorry that I forgot to place the apartment number even though I have the order form showing that I did put the apartment number, and that it was lack on their part . They let me know I was more than welcome to order another pair, but without the discount that I got during the cyber Monday sale and I let them know that I would rather go to a regular store so that I actually have the crocs in my hand and know that I have what Ive paid for.

      I sure wish I read the BBB reviews before I started ordering from Crocs. Although I have received all my orders in a timely fashion, my real complaint is with joining their membership to avoid shipping charges. It is a bunch of BS because you DO NOT get free shipping when they offer you 15% discounts or, in my case, $15 off my next order for being a good customer. I had to jump through hoops to get $9.99 shipping reversed...if you join as a Crocs Club Member, there should be no shipping period. My niece had to return one pair at a Crocs store and the sales people told her "free shipping is free shipping as a club member." The people at customer service are clueless and argue with the customer. I do plan on following up with their corporate offices because what they are doing is not right. If I didn't have two nieces that love wearing them, I wouldn't do business with them.

      This company is a bunch of rip off artists. When you first buy from them they are in communication but once their arrived and you realize they are not authentic and try and reach out to get a refund they ignore you. Do NOT buy from them. Guess this company can't make it on their own by selling quality items they have to steal people's money. Remember what they say about Karma!!

      I see there are a number of adverse complaints against Crocs shoes. They are the worst company to do business with and absolutely have NO integrity whatsoever. I placed an online order on 12/4/2023, 46619460CUS which supposedly shipped 12/5/2023 and had an anticipated delivery date of 12/17/2023. When it did not arrive I contacted the customer service department on 12/18/2023, what a joke! The agent, ****************, of course not his real name, obviously he was outsourced n another country, just blew me off and said to wait until tomorrow and then disconnected our chat line. On 12/19/2023, I called the number for customer service and was put on an eternal hold and no one ever answered, shocker! At that point I went online to the chat line, whereby the agent finally told me the package is considered lost, he offered to reship an order, although just prior to that had stated the item is no longer available. Really do they think people are that dumb? I then proceeded to let him know this order was for Christmas for my granddaughter and now she wouldnt be able to open it. I then made it clear that I wanted my transaction refunded immediately, he finally came up with a case #******* which Im not convinced is valid given the lack of integrity of Crocs. I work in retail and this is NOT how a customer or customers should be treated! I will Never do business with Crocs again!!

      It's been 10 days that I've purchased a pair of cloggs and the item is marked as shipped, but it was never passed to the carrier ****** I've contacted them 1 day ago and then a CS rep told me that they would do re-shipping. One day later no traces of that on my order, no email notification - nothing. I reach out to CS again, and not even a mention about my previous conversation with them or "re-shipment" from another ****************** Instead he again offered me "re-shipment". Only after I told him that a "re-shipment" was already promised, he said that he found it. As good as their products are, their online shop is either unprofessional or fraudulent. They refuse to return me the money, as per their policies one can cancel only within 30...minutes after checking out. As good as their products are, their online shop is either unprofessional or fraudulent. Either way, I think that crocs.ca should not be allowed to do business the way they do.

      Wow! I guess I should check reviews via the BBB before I place an order! I never imagined I would have SO much trouble with a name brand company. My experience with online ordering was no different than the previous reviews. When I had placed my order I quickly realized that the order was going to be shipped to our previous address bc we had recently moved. I called right away to change it and apparently Crocs doesnt have 21st century capability to change an address in their system before something ships. They told me Id have to wait until it shipped and then contact the carrier. What?! Seriously?! Then it took forever to ship, they sent my order in two shipments (one with an invalid tracking number), I had to continuously call customer service to find out what was going on, had one order sent back bc of who knows why, and then finally received my other order but had to pay ***** to pick it up at the post office bc of the address transfer. I have never been so frustrated with EVERY customer service call that I had. They were completely unhelpful. I was very surprised and disappointed and will never order online again.

      Terrible customer service. Dont buy online from them. They didnt deliver my Christmas gift orders and they put You on hold for hours when you call to find out whats going on with your orders. After many times calling and many hours being on hold, the customer service person told me they would refund my money with 5 business days. So I ended up with no Christmas gifts for my friends and family and my money out of my pocket for a month without any interest plus hours of calling them and waiting on the phone. Crocs sucks!

      Dont buy from Crocs online if you live in a home with a unit number. I ordered 3 pairs of Crocs for Christmas gifts. My order never arrived because Crocs failed to put the unit number on the shipping label (despite my full address, including unit number, being clearly input from my end on the order confirmation email). I attempted to contact *** but was informed the sender requested that the package be returned and that I must contact the sender.I contacted Crocs customer service and the first agent I spoke to said they would simply refund the items. I was dissatisfied with that response as I still wanted to receive my items since they were bought on sale for Christmas gifts. The second customer service agent advised they could reship the order and provided me with a confirmation email stating a new tracking number wouldnt automatically be provided but could be requested after 24 hours.After 24 hours I requested the new tracking number but didnt receive a response. The next day, I again requested the tracking number but received no response. Instead, I received an email refunding the order without explanation. I responded inquiring why the order was refunded as I had been told it was being reshipped (and provided with a confirmation case number). I received no response. All three items are now sold out so I cant reorder them.It appears Crocs has time to remove negative reviews but doesnt have time to properly ship items, respond to customer concerns, or correct their mistakes.

      They havent refunded me my money its been a month and everytime I call customer service they give me another excuse or tell me the last rep I spoke to wasnt accurate! Nobody knows anything I just want my refund back!

      Worst business to deal with ever don't update anything went and made an order cuz it said they were in stock and then all of a sudden they weren't in stock they took my money after they tried to tell me they didn't take my money but my bank tells me my money is pending and I still haven't gotten my money back
