      Worse experience I ever had with crocs! Ive been ordering with crocs since 2018 and never had a problem until now! I ordered two pairs of shoes and a letter * the order was split into two separate shipment the shoes in one and the letter * shipped alone. I received the * on Nov 1 but never received the shoes. Got notified by *** that they was unable to deliver due to insufficient address but thats incorrect seeing as though they was able to deliver the * just not the shoes. Contacted customer service via live chat but was told agents blocked my chats than contacted customer service via telephone and was told since the shoes was returned to sender on Nov 14 I could have them resent that Ill be getting a refund of $54.54. I asked her for a email confirmation which she said she send but didnt and just disconnected the call. I called back and spoke with ****** who told me theres no way to get a email confirming my refund and asking if I wanted to speak with a Supervisor so they could explain the issue better but instead she disconnected while I was holding. Called back again and got an agent named ***, I asked for a supervisor and was placed on a silent hold than he disconnected the line as well. Highly disappointed and dissatisfied with my experience. Crocs definitely lost me as a customer!

      Zero stars ?? I order twice from them and first order was canceled. Then offered "free 2 days express shipping" well the second order was placed 10/27/2023 and my order is in limbo. I don't know when I'll actually get my order or if it will be "canceled again" worst company and their reps also hang up on my calls. So worthless to talk to someone. And their chat is shut off. Thanks for taking the money and I'll see if I get it by Christmas since that is what free 2 day express shipping means to them.

      I ordered crocs that were not the right size so I tried to exchange them. At first, they told me they could not exchange them but after talking on the phone for an hour they finally agreed to give me a refund. They told me to send proof of purchase via email and they would refund me. After sending the proof of purchase I received an email saying that I would actually not be receiving a refund or allowed to exchange them for a different size.

      Will never order from this place again. I ordered something on Sep 19 and i needed to get a tracking and confirmation email, called them 5 times just to sit on hold for an hour each time - and I talked to the online person . Took way too long to keep texting and told me I didnt even buy anything. I will never ever order from here again.

      On 9/9/23 I purchased a pair of crocs, was informed I would receive them 9/15/23. I never received them. I contacted customer service and was then told I would get them on 9/20/23. Then this evening I received an email from them stating I would get them 9/29/23. I have repeatedly asked for a refund and have been ignored. I have even written ceo ************ at crocs but to no avail. Crocs recent acquisitionhey dude shoes were recently fined by the federal trade commission for illegal business practices. I guess Crocs does not care if they get fined by FTC as well. I filed a complaint with FTC this evening. This company takes unfair advantage of its customers.

      Disgusting marketing tactics, they lied and scammed hundreds if not thousands of people with false advertisements of raffles. They refuse to refund or cancel any orders because of this.

      Horrible. Ordered several shoes that supposed to arrive in 2 shipments. Both shipments are plagued with problems. Ordered July 14, 1st shipment Jul 18, 202310:47 PMUPS is unable to deliver the package because the address is incomplete. Attempts to obtain address information were unsuccessful. Package is being returned to sender. Called CSsupport, automatic refund will be dome when they receive the package back. Wow. Also it takes 14 days before it will show on your account. 2nd shipment: July 21, 2023 Delivered In/At mailbox Mind you. How can 4 shoes and a a jitz blitz fit in a mailbox? ****! ****! Send only the jitz blitz pin and claim everything has been delivered. That is ****** down the drain. I am in the process of reporting theft. Coz this is nothing but theft and fraud. Just based on this scenarios I find myself in, please make a sound decision on your potential purchase. Close that shopping webpage and never look back.

      ZERO stars. Ordered online, followed exactly how to size the shoes, received them and they were the wrong size and didnt fit like they said they would . Very misleading with their return policy. They say you can return them to stores who carry crocs and their website generated the address for our Cabellas store here. We called the local Cabellas and they dont accept returns from crocs. They say free returns but they dont cover the shipping for returns. We paid over $100 shipping to send back 4 shoes, 1/3 the cost of what we paid for the shoes. They dont email back in a timely manner. Save your money and buy DAWG shoes in ******.

      0 stars, if possible. I ordered directly from the store to avoid scams and have been scammed. It blows my mind that such a reputable company is so bad. It took months for the shoes themselves to arrive and when they did, it came from a third party in a random box and wrong size. I ordered packages of pins that did not arrive at all. 2 months later I am still getting the same response that an agent will be with me shortly, and they have not. Crocs sent me a coupon via email for $20 off IF I spend $40, as an apology: unacceptable. I refuse to spend more money when I havent even received the correct products.

      This company deserves zero stars. I placed an order on December 17th. I had it delivered to *******, ******* because it is a gift. Im in ******* on the 26th and was waiting for it. It never shipped!! I called on the 22nd asking about the ship date. I was told by a live chat agent that it will be shipped soon and that it would get to ******* before the 26th. On the 26th, iI just went to the mall to buy the gift (Crocs). It was so stressful! I got a reversal that morning in my bank account so I thought it would not ship anyway. Problem is, the reversal disappeared today, the 28th! I checked my status online, still not shipped!! No communication whatever. I was able to get an agent on the phone but all he could do is write a consolation letter to cancel my order. God knows when Id get a response. Tried a live agent again and this one said that I could not cancel my order anymore. First of all, it has not even shipped. Second of all, I dont need it anymore! Crocs should pay their customers for the distress alone! Poorest customer service Ive ever experienced! I will never order online from this company ever again!
