      Placed an order over a week ago, still not shipped and no communication. Tried to text customer service. They replied that someone would respond shortly, that was a day ago. This was a gift for someone. I will not be purchasing anything from crocs ever again.

      Literally the worst!! I placed and order with them for 2 weeks and it was still saying in process come to find out my order had been cancelled and i get the email 2 weeks later a week before Christmas and the shoes were gifts for my family. I called customer service and they were useless could not do anything for me. And i still DO NOT have my money back either!

      Would give zero starts if possible. This is a business that has no scruples. Purposely offering sales and discounts before Christmas, knowing that there is no way they can fulfill those orders in time. They do not allow order cancellations before delivery, and customers are responsible for the shipping costs to return items. Therefore, there is zero incentive for them to send items on time because they know that even if you receive after Christmas, the shipping cost is too high to return them. They also have a very misleading return policy. It says you must return within 45 days, but it does not say within 45 days of what -- order, shipping, receipt date? After digging, it is order date. That is ridiculous! I ordered on Nov 28, it shipped Dec 20, and delivery won't be delivered until Dec 29. Note that I am in ******, so deliveries have to clear customers as well. Even if delivered Dec 29, that leaves a very small window for a return -- a small window that they created with their poor fulfillment. This company needs to be shut down.

      I would give negative stars if I could!!! This company has the worst customer service, or lack there of, Ive EVER experienced. You cannot get a hold of anyone. I ordered a pair of crocs from the crocs website on 12/8. As of 12/21 still have not received. **************** does not exist. I cant even cancel the order. I ordered from Dicks 12/18 and received them 12/20.

      Placed an order and paid for 1 day shipping, still no ship date or nothing! these were Christmas presents for my babies and Im sad. Very! These are shoes that are made in mass production, how hard is it to pack and ship three pair of slippers?!

      Crocs did not allow a return on my new in package, unworn item as it was part of a "collaboration". The item did not fit well for my sizing and I assumed I would be able to return the same as every other footwear brand I've encountered. They noted a disclosure that doesn't allow returns, which of course no-one reads in practice. It is common practice for footwear to be returnable within an allotted period of time, particularly where they are not bespoke. Poor craftsmanship and even worse customer service. Consistent with others ratings, I would strongly advise to stay away.

      I placed an order online (37516062CUS) on 11/12/2022 and on 11/21/2022 I received an email that my order was shipped. It has been a month and the tracking number still says Awaiting carrier pickup. I cant get in touch with anyone for an update or a refund via phone or email. I ordered these for Christmas and it is pretty obvious I am not going to get these. This whole situation is just ridiculous, all I want is a refund and I cant even get that because their customer service is nonexistent.

      My elderly mother has been anxiously awaiting an order that we placed on November 20,2022. Today it has officially been 30 days. Last week we called customer service and when we asked to speak to a manager we were disconnected.I will never order another item from crocs online! Terrible customer service!

      If I could give negative ratings I would, this company has robbed me of ****** and I need answers but thats the problem you cant get an answer. They dont answer the phone, chat of even ******** Messenger. I NEED ANSWERS!!!

      Let me just say that I ordered 2 pairs of shoes for family on 11/20. It was 12/4 before I even got a shipping confirmation. For my "trouble" Crocs sent me a 30 percent off coupon. Okay I guess, I decided to buy myself a pair of crocs. That was on December 1st. It is now December 19th. On December 8th they sent me the wrong style and size shoe. I spend two seperate instances on the phone with over two hours of hold time. I had to request for free return postage on the error they made because they didnt offer it. I've been on online char, I've had messages telling me they did have a reship ready, I've had messages saying the didn't. I even have an email I requested them to make stating they were sending my shoes (they did not) because here it is 12/19 and Ive spoken to customer service again... And guess what... still no reship confirmation, and no shoes. But lucky me! Another 30 percent off cpuon for my troubles. This company is a lying mess of deceit and misinformation. Just stay away, it isn't worth the aggravation.
