      Avoid!!!Ordered on November 22nd for Christmas gifts. I had to call customer support twice only to have them ship on December 19th. They also cancelled items I ordered which if you go on their store are still in stock to order. Ruined my brother's gift. I will never order from Crocs again and I suggest you don't either. Buy no-name or in a store only!!!

      Its nearly impossible to get someone on the line and when you do they have no true explanation as to when your order will be arriving to you. I placed an order Dec. 8th, and its December 18th. The charge is being taken in and out of my bank account and that in itself is rather frustrating. There is no option to cancel the order in its entirety and it would be better for the majority of us over a simple discount. *** tried to be understanding because of holiday demands in which Im not angry at. However, it seems theyve made no progress at all with orders.

      I can tell this is company is a big scam! I placed an order early November and they cancelled the order and refunded without notice 3 weeks after. I contacted support and no *********** mid December, they recharge credit card and ship the order. I don't want it anymore as it was for Christmas and the poor service made me change my mind.They refuse to refund the order and they suggest to contact my credit card supplier.

      I submitted an order on Nov 18 for 3 pairs of crocs ans 2 jibbitz. On Dec 8th I got an email stating my order had been delivered. I only received 1 pair out of the entire order. **************** will not respond to email, will not answer phone calls, and every time I get in touch with chat, and send my response, I get "disconnected". This is ridiculous. I need the rest of my order, or I'll be forced to dispute charges on my credit card. This is completely unacceptable.

      By the time they finally send my order to me it will have been a month. They dont respond to ANY of my attempts to reach them. At this point I probably wont be able to get this order to my son my Christmas. I understand shipping issues but it took 3 weeks just to prepare my order then when they finally sent the order it almost made it to a facility near my state and was sent back. It is unacceptable to be such a large company and not at the very least communicate back.

      As the other reviewers, i ordered on 12/2. No product, no response from emails, ******** page, phone calls! At this point I just want my money back!! I'm never order from this company again. Poor Poor customer service... right at holiday time!!

      I placed an order on Dec 1st and there has yet to be an update on when it is going to ship. I havent been able to get anyone on the emails or customer service number they provide on the website. I was able to finally get some one on the chat(pretty sure it was a bot) and they werent helpful at all. The only thing they told me was it would arrive before Christmas. I bought this as a birthday gift for myself which my Birthday is the 20th, sadly I dont see it arriving before or on that day. Also seeing as Christmas is next Saturday, I dont think it will arrive before then either.

      VERY UPSET because after several attempts cannot find out if my order will arrive by Christmas! I placed my order 38353866CUS on November 28th ( plenty of time, according to their policies) to receive by Christmas. Cannot order from another site so am at their mercy!

      I placed an order on 11/28. On 12/13 I tried calling customer service as my order wasnt here. The phone line essentially said theyre too busy to take calls and said to use instant message. I did and ultimately canceled my daughters ******** gift because they couldnt tell me when it would ship nor expedite it. Thats over 2 weeks of me waiting for it to ship. On 12/14 I get an offer for 20% off and 2-day shipping because the email says my order was unexpectedly canceled. Now, Im curious. I go to my cart but the exact same order with those offers is now $20 more than I originally paid. Thats some customer service for you!I probably wouldnt be writing this if I didnt get multiple marketing emails/text messages with promotions to order. If you cant fulfill current orders because of staffing problems, why solicit more? Im so disappointed in Crocs especially knowing there are many people out there experiencing similar issues.
