      Extremely frustrated with Crocs. Apparently holiday demand is much more than they can handle. My issue is that they are still taking new orders with no communication on the site about cutoff time for delivery by Christmas. I ordered 2&1/2 weeks ago on 11/27 and order has not shipped. People are continuing to place orders for gifts for their kids with no idea they have no chance of getting them in time. **************** is impossible to reach via chat or phone, and no email is listed. If you do get through they will not cancel your order, or expedite it, or give you any clue when it might ship. They reference the fact that its stated at checkout orders cant be canceled once placed. Well, its also stated that my order will ship in **** days!! I did finally get a hold of a representative on chat in the middle of the night and he was unapologetic, (bordering on rude) and not helpful at all. Do better Crocs.

      Garbage customer service. Wouldn't get a manager, wouldn't cancel a order.Seriously no eta on a order over a month old. Was told to call customer service. **************** phone number is disconnected. Associate on live chat stated they are under direction to not get management fof any customer complaints or orders.......Not how a BBB business should be run..... Would be 0 stars if I could. Sad part, love their products. Ordered for neice for xmas. Now she gets somethibg else.Company needs a complete overhaul by someone with a triple digit iq.

      I placed an order on November 30 for two pairs of Crocs for Christmas. Order number 38530529CUS. For this to be such a popular product there lack of customer service, lack of response is by far worst than I've ever seen. As paying customers we should not have to wait on hold for hours, text feature is awful and then we are sent a generic response that the order is still being prepared with no reasonable status update. I want a real update on my order and the BBB should warn other buyers to avoid this chaos and frustration.

      Crocs is an absolute JOKE! I placed an order on November 25 and have yet to get any type of notification. It is still pending, not shipped. **************** doesn't answer phones nor text messages! Even emails are going unanswered. I wanted this a Christmas gift. I have several charges pending from Crocs. I have sent ******** messages. I cannot believe a company this large has done its customers with such poor service! I have no idea what to do! Please if someone figures out a way to get to them let us know!!!!!! They are completely ignoring their customers. At least send out messages to your customers!!!!!

      When you place an order on 11/28.....you fully expect to have it within a couple or maybe 3 weeks. Not even sure now if I'm going to have a Christmas gift for my family!! AND SORRY Crocs, 30% off does NOTHING to help this situation. I will NEVER order from this company EVER again!!! Customer chat....LOL....that is a JOKE!!! Oh, but here's your 30% off code...gee thanks

      As with countless other reviewers, I submitted my order on Nov 29th and it still hasnt been shipped. Their customer service number didnt connect at all. I waited to chat with a customer rep on the site (number 51 in line!). They told me no problem to cancel the order and return my money. I then asked for confirmation of the return being processed via e-mail, the rep said no actually, you cant have a refund until you receive your order and then send it back, it will be there by the 25th I was in the process of typing my response to this (its not helpful if the order shows up on Christmas Day or a few days before! I wont be home, the plan was to bring the wrapped gift with me), and the rep disconnected from the chat before I could respond. Considering how awful the customer service is, I feel I was very respectful in expressing my dissatisfaction and it was uncalled for to end the chat so abruptly. I will never order from this company again and will tell anyone I know about this experience. I suspect I will never see the crocs I ordered but I guess time will tell. I wonder if they are going out of business, it seems so bizarre for such a large company to have such poor service. Despite my terrible experience, I do feel for the customer service reps having to answer for the choices of clearly incompetent and unethical leadership. The blame belongs squarely on upper management for this mess but I am sure they are laughing all the way to the bank.

      I placed an order November 25th. Today is December 12th and no sign of my order being shipped ORDER NUMBER: 38178529CUS. Their **************** is terrible to try to get a hold of and they are unable to provide any information on my order. Today was my 2nd attempt to get someone to provide me the status of my order. I am having no luck getting through to anyone on their customer service team.

      I placed an order November 28, 2022 for Christmas gifts for my children. I was under the impression that the order would be prepared 3 days and yet the site says order has yet to be prepared. Frustrated I attempted to email the company. I received an email saying I never placed on order with them. Totally shocked I went back to the website and saw that my order was indeed placed. Went back to the email and saw the email address was crocs3d. Apparently, there is another company using the name crocs, somehow I was directed to 3D version. The company should look into this for copyright infringement, any who I called the actual company to inquire about my order. I waited about 30 minutes for a representative. I was told that my order was not yet processed but I would receive the items by Christmas. I live on a fixed income and those shoes was all I could afford, so if they dont receive the order they will have nothing for Christmas. Im hoping the Crocs company will not act like the grinch and deliver the order on time. Executives, if you do happen to come across this please think of you own family and ask yourself how would you feel Order number for reference is 38409395CUS

      The WORST company when it comes to customer service & keeping you updated with your order.My order 37797395CUS wasnt shipped until after two whole weeks of placing my order. Then when I received MY PARTIAL order (I was never notified theyd be sent in different packages) I saw I only received two of the four pairs I ordered. I checked my email and BEHOLD! They cancelled one of my items and was never notified nor refunded, the said I received a pair of crocs that I DIDNT because its not coming until my next order so they mixed up the items that are in my orders and I sent them an email two days ago and NOBODY has gotten back to me. I will be pursing legal action if you dont address this, crocs. This is unbelievable. Ive never had such a horrible experience with any company, shopping, and customer service like this before.

      I placed order #********CUS on 11/25/22 and have not received or been notified that it was shipped. I texted the customer service number several times and have received no response. I would like an update on my order as it is meant for a Christmas gift. Very frustrating!!
