Thank you for the kind review of our maintenance techs! Everyone at Smith in the maintenance department is working hard to bring a Premium maintenance service to our customers, one that goes way beyond the industry standard "clean & check" (which is really just a safety inspection and doesn't improve system performance) or even a "regular" maintenance inspection that goes beyond the clean & check to help with system performance. Our Premium maintenance cleans the blower motor (furnace) and indoor and outdoor coil (AC) so that your system performs as close to "factory fresh" as possible, improving efficiencies and reducing energy consumption. Thank you for the kind "shout out" to one of our best maintenance technicians! We take pride in the detailed *************************** we provide. Most companies do a simple "clean and check" on the furnace and/or air conditioner that takes 30 to 45 minutes. Our *************************** takes 2+ hours and helps bring your heating and/or cooling system back to "factory fresh" condition.
