I bought the All You Can Fly year pass in November 2022. It became available in May 2023 and is good until May ****. What I didn't know was that you can only book flights within 24 hours of departure and can book return flights within 10 days. So, basically, I wasted $599 because how do you plan any kind of trip when you don't know if you will be able to ************ out until the day before? This should really have been highlighted when selling this pass because it doesn't make sense for most people who need to plan for a hotel, rental car, etc. On top of that, the flights are not free... they cost about $30 each way (which contradicts the All You Can Fly for $599). They have very poor advertising and explanation. I will never fly Frontier again!!!!

If I could leave no stars, I would. I purchased a flight with this airline back in April for a flight in June (with insurance). However, due to being active duty military, I had to change my departure date, which is protected in their cancellation clause. I was told by numerous representatives that I couldn't just change my departure date, so I had to cancel my initial booking and purchase a brand new booking, or I could spend $556 for a flight change, and that cost would be refunded to me. So I listened to their representatives and purchased the flight change hoping to receive my refund. When I contacted the company via email and chat, I told them of my situation. I told them their was an operation change via military orders so I had to change my departure date even provided them with a direct letter from the commanding officer and they refused to accept the letter stating that it didn't provide enough information. So I continued to ask for an example and was not provided with one. Then three days later out of nowhere the company just canceled my flight altogether and now I have to pay $600 more for the same flights I had initially. (Their customer service only responds three to four days later.) I feel like I was scammed and cheated out of my money. This was my first and last time flying with this company.

First flight I ever booked with Frontier and not only did they CANCEL it 4 hours prior but they rebooked me for the next day! I was stuck alone out of the country and they could care less. Do not waste your money on them- JetBlue or Delta are worth the extra money. I had to find a flight on Delta to get myself home and pay for a last minute expensive flight!

I recently flew Frontier and can say Ive had more pleasant dental procedures sans anesthesia. To call this airline terrible would be an insult to things that are merely terrible. Words like disgraceful, deplorable, and atrocious would be more apt.The gate agents acted less like ********************* and more like pseudo corrections officers, proactively abusing and belittling passengers into submission in order to fee ***** on baggage with minimal resistance. Of course, we also had a lost bag, and our interactions with the baggage claim office were almost laughably strange. The staff outright ignored ** initially, despite there being no one else waiting. When we did finally earn their attention, it came with a bizarre personal story from the rep about being expelled from community college for harassing classmates while intoxicated (?!). Beyond being some of the most hateful, spiteful and cruel people Ive ever encountered, Frontier employees behave as if they actively hate the airline as much as the rest of ** and want to see it fail. I look forward to assisting them in this effort by spending my money elsewhere and ensuring others do the same. Frontier, I will dance on your proverbial grave!

Sadly, I am here to write another horrific travel story that you've all seen too many of. We all know Frontier is a budget airline and you "get what you pay for." Sometimes, that's ok and you know what you're getting. But after today, I will gladly pay more just for the opportunity to be able to talk to someone when travel plans go wrong. My boyfriend was trying to get home from ******* today and after delays, they changed the gate number to one on the other side of the airport. Him and a handful of other passengers (Including a Frontier flight attendant) didn't have enough time to make it to the new gate and instead of waiting for passengers coming from the other gate, the flight left without them. The gate attendant at the new gate lied to them and said the flight was coming back to pick them up. It wasn't. Then all the representatives magically disappeared and now there is literally no way to get a hold of anyone at Frontier (because they don't have a call center anymore). It took ** nearly 2+ hours (me online on the chat while my boyfriend wandered around the airport looking for anyone wearing a Frontier badge to help him). We finally got him on another flight at 10pm, a full 12 hours later (they tried charging him $100 for a change flight fee and also told him the later flight was fully booked... which of course, it wasn't and magically there were seat available when I asked to speak to a supervisor). After getting multiple run arounds and the waste of a full day, they have kindly offered a $50 flight voucher! What a joke. DO NOT FLY FRONTIER!

On 5/11/2023, my wife, 15 month old baby and I arrived at the airport well before the boarding and flight time for Flight **** from ************ to ********, **. I had already paid for a checked baggage ahead of time, for which I went to the kiosk and got a baggage tag. After obtaining my baggage tag we waited in line to do baggage drop off. The "supervisor" ******** (she wouldn't give me her last time) who was working at the baggage drop off desk during this time was extremely nasty and rude and told ** that the baggage drop off cut off time was over and that we were unable to have our luggage with all of our child's belongings and important medication on the flight, and therefore could not board the flight. We begged and pleaded with her explaining that we arrived to the airport and got our baggage tag on time, but there was an extremely long line for baggage drop off. She hit back with no empathy whatsoever and did not attempt to help ** or give ** any further information at all. I requested a full refund for both mine and my wife's ticket I purchased under this reservation, but was never able to board for reasons out of my control. We lost money on our hotel booking and was stranded at the airport for hours with an infant because of the rude staff and policies that make zero sense and are designed to prey on people and their pockets. I got a response from a robot that they reject my request for refund. Never flying with this scam of an airlines again.

I strongly advise against choosing this airline for your travels, as there have been numerous alarming incidents. For instance, it is disconcerting to note that a passenger can be arrested for unruly behavior while onboard, yet staff members who exhibit similar or worse conduct often go unpunished. This double standard is highly unjust. Additionally, it is important to mention that the quality of their services has always been subpar, but now it has reached a truly horrifying level. From consistently poor customer service to frequent delays or cancellations, the overall experience with this airline has become increasingly distressing. Considering these factors, it is prudent to explore alternative options when planning your travels.

Frontier is hands down the worst airline I have ALMOST flown. Upon getting to the airport our flight was delayed by 40 minutes, after 40 minutes it was an hour and then we finally boarded the plane. Upon boarding the plane we were held for another 2 hours and then told to get off and go sit back in the airport. After sitting in the airport for another 45 minutes they announced that the flight was not going to go out but we needed to return at 8:30am. I picked up my bag, went ************* for 2 hours, went back to the airport only to find out there was no 8:30am flight and that the only option was to rebook 2 days later. I understand planes have mechanical issues but the biggest issue is the HORRIBLE customer service. From the gate agents to every Frontier employee (except 1 nice flight attendant) it was as if they did not care about the customers at all. After coming back home (3 uber trips now) the only way to speak with anyone is by Chat. Since there was no way for me to make it to ******* where I was meeting my husband I asked that they helped to change his flight to come home today (we were both flying home Sunday together). The agent said that was impossible and his flight had nothing to do with my flight.....again horrendous customer service. In the end, they did refund my flight but we had to pay an additional $300+ to change his flight. I had always heard bad things about Frontier and now I know why. Beware if you are going to fly with them!
