      Predatory bag fees. *** was ok outbound but when I try to get him with the same bag, was charged $100. More than the trip itself. *************** and I'd rather drive next time.

      Theyre not very accommodating after you spend your hard earned money with them. My son was murdered so I couldnt take my flight. However they did give me 90 days to use the tickets. Flying is the last thing on a grieving mothers mind. I still tried to schedule a flight. I had the worst time trying to use my credit. Could find 4 day flights like I previously had. It was a nightmare. They wouldnt extend the credit so I lost my money. I will never fly with Frontier. No compassion or empathy.

      This airline damaged my luggage, then refused to pay for the damage. I had to wait 6 hours for a delayed flight and the only thing they offered was a $15 food credit (everything is high at the airport, so $15 will not do much) and a $75 coupon to book at flight with them again!! Why would I even fly with ******** again!! The coupon is a waist when they shouldve given passengers cash refunds or cash credits!!! The employees are rude as ever !!

      Frontier took $700 from my family in December 2022 after 2 hours I tried to cancel and they would not give me a refund. Then, later they said use the money for a credit. Later, I try to use the credit and the code would not work. I had to use a chat (middle age) and after all of that typing I was told the time period expired. But the policy says if you used the Works to book, you could use the credit in 1 year. None of that happened. After paying the fee and $700, still no Frontier Flight. They take your money and hid behind a keyboard and do not allow to to speak to a representative about the situation.

      My company booked with Frontier Airlines for a training summit in ****** ********. One of my employees had stroke level blood pressure and I cancelled his flight. I did this on their ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE WEBSITE. I had booked 2 of my employees on the same flight and at the same time. I cancelled the flight for one employee & entered his name but the website cancelled both flights to my dismay. I immediately got online and chatted but was told that they could not reinstate the one flight and both flights were cancelled & I would not be reimbursed. I did not expect to get reimbursed for the one flight but in this day and age THERE SHOULD HAVE BEEN ABSOLUTELY NO REASON TO NOT REINSTATE the flight that I did not intend to cancel. I then booked a flight on another airline for my employee. When leaving ****** to come back to ****** 20 minutes after we were to board the plane - NO ONE representing Frontier was at the gate - There was no announcement, text nor email about the gate change and half of the passengers were scrambling to find out what was going on only to find out the the flight was also overbooked. I WILL NEVER FLY FRONTIER AIRLINES AGAIN REGARDLESS OF THE ****** - ALSO BEWARE THAT THE TYPICAL CARRY ON SIZE IS HALF THE SIZE OF OTHER AIRLINES AND PRICE GOUGING AT THE **** AS YOU BOARD

      0 phone support.I wrote a VERY DETAILED support ticket with my confirmation number, date of flight, outbound and inbound location/destination, that my flight was delayed for 3+ hours, their website DID NOT WORK WHEN THEY OFFERED ME A REFUND, and it took over 1 MONTH, emailing the SAME information MULTIPLE TIMES to get my refund.This airline is an absolute joke.

      My wife and I were on flight 160 from ****** to *******. We had landed and were forced to stay on board for 2.5 hours. We landed at 6 and stayed on board, not moving, until 8:30. My wife was recovering from bad food poisoning from the night before and was nauseous and having major discomfort the entire time. They offered water and a little cookie (I guess they dont want to be in the headlines), which is fine. But frontier as an airline has failed. Not only do they not care about customers, but they lack any competence to handle even a small problem. The 100+ passengers on board all had the same complaints yet Frontier doesnt give any adequate response to resolve the situation. The pilots and flight attendants did all they could but the airline is an abysmal failure. We also had to wait 2 hours on board when we were leaving for ****** as well the same trip. Avoid this airline like the plague. Paying a little extra for even a decent airline will spare you the biggest headache of your life. Whoever is reading this and was on flight 160 on 5/15/23, leave your reviews, request refunds incessantly, and lets get our money back!

      Horrible experience due to Frontier's lack of support. Set to fly ****** to *****, ** on February 23, 2023, I arrived early to ************** and waited for my flight. Frontier sent a text saying the flight would be delayed due to mechanical issues. Long after that text, the departure time had arrived and passed, and THEN Frontier sent a text saying the flight was cancelled (not due to weather). The airline offers to reimburse that leg which was cancelled. However, there was no offer to put up passengers on another flight out. In fact, there was no Frontier flight out to ***** for several days. Therefore, I was forced to book on a different airline which required a layover in another city before catching yet another flight on yet another airline to ***** the following morning. I documented all this and saved all receitps: flight costs, taxi, hotel, and food. I submitted a request for reimbursement for costs I had incurred due to Frontier's cancelled flight but - now 3 monthsl ater, still have had no satisfaction. I have submitted all receipts twice, provided all information they requested. It's been one month since I again asked for resolution on the incident. No response to that email. Frontier Airlines is poorly run and has horrible communication. The airline is not trustworthy. I actually have the priviledge to book standby and pay taxes-only for flights worldwide; however, I chose to book and pay for this particular flight due to the necessity of arriving on time in ***** due to obligations there, and not take the chance of flying standby. Frontier let me down and now plays deaf when I ask for a very reasonable and appropriate reimbursement. I would never recommend anyone travel via Frontier Airlines.

      I was double charged for a flight . No refund on cancellation . I purchased a $600 all you can fly and their app charged me full price . When I emailed and let them know of issue . Nothing was done at all . I would *************** to contact ASAP.

      No customer service at all, just a robotic chat option. Will never use again as they took $198 of my money with no support.
