      Checked in via app, and it didn't say we were allowed a personal item. And said all baggage brought on board would be considered a carry on. I purchased a carry on bag for a personal item. Got to the airport and saw the signs we are allowed one personal item that fits under the seat for free. So my personal item (backpack) wouldn't be considered a carry on. I asked attendant for help, said that I have to use the App to chat with Frontier virtually. App chatbot said that any baggage fee payments are not refundable. There is no functioning customer service number to call.

      Absolutely awful, and borderline fraud. They sell a ton of flights and services they know they can't honor or provide. They cancel a shocking amount of flights, and they don't have reciprocal agreements with other airlines, so they can't transfer you. Your only recourse is to (1) get a refund (and you may never get it) and lose a ton of money on a same-day ticket with a functional airline or (2) let them rebook you, which is sometimes 3+ days in the future. They, of course, do not offer hotel or meal vouchers, so I hope you packed a tent.The employees are also shockingly hostile and will not assist you in any way in the booking, boarding, or refund process. Frontier does not have a customer service line, so all customer complaints go through an automatic chat system and are never seen again.

      Stranded me in two different cities on the same trip!!! Once in ******, going to ****** and then again in *******, going to ********!!! Do not spend your money with this airline!!

      I try to help my mom check in bag at the airport . Frontier website dose not work for my 3 different credit cards .So I have to walk up to counter To check bag .it was $63 for check bag on website.now they charge me $79.+$25 agent fee .

      Horrible service bad seats and predatory on there carry on baggage fees tryn to charge is 90 bucks per bag for carry that worked just fine on the other fights

      This airline is disgusting, incentivizing its employees to lie about bag size and refuse to allow people to board, even when their bag fits. ***** practices causing a lot of trauma to people trying to travel.

      This is the worst airline. I had a personal bag that fitted in for personal and still made me pay for a carry on. The lady ********* at ******** airport was very rude and sarcastic. I willl be requesting a refund or go further if needed.

      Frontier never allowed me to board my flight, and they refused to refund me. They would only allow me to transfer the ticket cost to another ticket under their airline, but after my awful experience, the last thing I want to do is board one of their planes. They left a terrible impression with me.
