      Flight was deplaned for mechanical issues. 3 hours later we were hurried back on the plane just to be told the flight crew timed out. I was forced to pay more than I was a refunded for another flight since they were unable to provide an alternative flight in a timely manner. **************** hung up on me after providing no solution.

      I had a personal item that Frontier Airlines personnel wanted me to check for size. It was a soft sided bag that can mold to the desired shape. I pushed the bag in the bag check bin and had a little troubke getting it in because of utems in the bag but I was able to get it in. However, once ge saw me struggle a little he told me to stop, even though I knew it would fit as it has before. Even though I got it in, he wouldn't let me fly with it. He charged me $99 extra to fly and told us it was good for both ways. So when we went back to the airport for the return flight, we didn't try changing anything. However, when we tried to board we had the same trouble getting that bag on without an extra charge. They didn't even let us try to fit it in. I consider this bad business as these people acted as if they were getting paid extra to fail us and wouldn't accept us fitting it in the bin. I want my $198 back.

      I booked a flight through *************** for Frontier Airline dated February *****th round trip for ******. upon arriving on the 20th the flight was delayed by 2 hours without noticeable the flight attendance were very rude. On today February 24th. I was denied check-in. I attempted online check-in as well as kiosk. I was told in order to get help I had to pay a additional ***** to be told the reason I couldn't check in was because I needed to do so online 24 hours before flight departed. I didn't and was not told that coming, why would rules changed for me to leave. After going back and forth with customer service the wheelchair assistant told me I had to get out the chair because they needed it for customers with flights. Then I was told because I missed my flight by their fault of change, I was told I needed to pay for another flight or be offered a one year flight credit yet I have no money and that leaves me stranded in ******, *****. I need help and this should be against the law to leave someone stranded.

      They commit fraud and mad passengers take everything out of their bag and tries to have us stuff food and coats that we had on into the bag. What is on us should be of none of their concern we passed other security and frontier airport entries the same trips. They threatened to not let me on my $500 flight mind you I have unlimited so not only do you find out its not free to pay $500 for the year. You dont get a discount with that price as promised and many times they sell the same tickets cheaper for certain people. Then the free bag you have gets scrutinized. My bag was smaller than the free bag requirements so when they forced me to put my coat in the bag it did not work. On top of that I had food and she threatened me after I asked her if the food was ok she said YES at first then said she wouldnt let me in if I didnt shove my food in the bag. This was at 5:15am on the ******* flight at A75 in ****** ********.

      The MOST deceptive pricing of any airline I've ever flown on. After purchasing a return ticket for a week long trip, I went to check in 24 hours prior to the flight. It was then, and only then, when all the other, hidden charges were made visible - $70 per checked bag (50lbs limit), $69 for one carrying bag, a charge for ANY seat selection, priority boarding, etc. Initially the ticket cost seemed to be competitive, even cheaper than the larger, more prominent carriers, only to end up costing MORE! And this for the worst seats of any of the two dozen airlines I've flown ***** Frontier - NEVER AGAIN. And I hope I can help prevent other travelers from making the same mistake.And to ************* who facilitated this deception - never again will I avail myself of your service AND will try my best to help prevent other travelers from making the same mistake!

      If I could give a negative 10 stars thats what I would do. Frontier is a complete joke. They do not care about their customers at all. Budget friendly airline is a lie as they will s**** you over every other way possible with all their ridiculous fees. And dont count on getting to your destination or home in a timely manner. ***** after delay after delay, and ultimately cancelled flight. More than once. Staff are rude and unbothered by the way they treat customers. The staff you can find that is. Never again. And I mean, never again. Keep your voucher, Frontier, because you will not get another ***** of my money or my business. And I will ensure I make your garbage business known to everyone that I know. You truly **** and should be so ashamed. You disgust me.

      They canceled our flight bc the pilots had way to many hours and couldn't fly that night anymore. They stranded us at the airport. It was a Sunday night and they said that they could rebook us for Wednesday morning. No accommodation or any help to get our make us feel they cared at all. All they offered was $100 voucher for the inconvenience. It cost us $900 to get home per person. After I complained they offered us $150 voucher. The baggage fee was not reimbursed i had to pay twice for. It was such nightmare.

      Awful terrible and in my opinion thieving company. They fought my claim to get refunded for their flight pass purchase and they lost. After losing they kept the pass on auto renew and I was charged again. there is zero customer service with this company last time I checked there was no email address nor phone number to use to contact somebody at this company. Lastly their website is awful terrible garbage and resetting my password has me stuck in an infinite loop so I am unable to get into my account and cancel the auto renewal process of this stupid flight pass they are forcing me to pay for and I have to find another way to stop them from billing me.

      0 stars. Lost my luggage. First flight out of the airport and a direct flight. Told me it'd be on the next flight. Next flight lands 6 hours later and my bag isn't on it. Then I'm told to wait until 930 tomorrow morning. Called customer service... no help. Transferred 7 different times. Don't wait time at the baggage counter either. They won't help. So I have almost no money, none of my equipment in my bag for my tournament, none of my clothes or toiletries, or my glasses and nobody who can tell me where my bag is or if I'll even get it back.

      Major overcharges on luggage, etc. The flight was delayed. Not the features they advertised on upcharges. NOW it's been over 30 days & no response except they have escalated my case for review. More delays. No response as promised - multiple times.
