      My luggage was missing for 2 days and when I received it on the 3rd day items were missing/stolen. I filed a claim and they denied it because it wasnt filed within 4 hours. How am I supposed to file a claim in 4 hours if I dont know its missing until I receive my luggage?? There is no customer support, everything is online and done from what seems like robots. The airport staff is clueless and has no idea about protocol or whats going on. We ran around the airport traveling with two toddlers looking for our belongings. We were directed to different areas from employees of frontier. Worst experience and still no contact from Frontier owning up and making things right.

      Terrible airline. Never booking with them again. They overbooked multiple flights last night at mutiple gates. The ************** was all chaos!! The gatr agents were power tripping. They were denying people unto their flights because the bags wouldnt fit but they did... they lie to customers rather than be upfromt with them that they overbooked their flight. Searching on FB and tiktok you see there are MULTIPLE people with the same exact experiance.

      On Sunday may 7th 2023, myself, 2 other adults and 2 children were flying home from ******* ** to ******* **. When we dropped off our 3 checked bags, for the adults, we also dropped off a car seat in a car seat bag for my 3yr old. The attendant made us pay for the car seat as another "checked bag" which was $79. Seeing how we needed to bring my 3yr olds car seat back with us, so we could safely drive home and needing to still go thru tsa and get to the gate (mind u at 5:30am) we paid the money. As soon as we got to the gate, I immediately did an online chat with Frontier since you can't call them. I was told car seats are free like it states on the website and they cannot process a refund unless the airport agent says so. Which makes no sense if it states online and your agents said they are free... I was told to go to the gate agent to have her notate our reservation that the "checked bag" for xxxxxxxxx was infact a car seat. The gate agent said she had it handled and would notate my reservation. As soon as we got home I again did an online chat to have them process the refund as we spoke about earlier. I was told by more than 1 rep no notes were on my reservation and without it they can't confirm it was a car seat! Please note the agent at the baggage drop off did NOT look inside the car seat bag to see if it was a car seat or not but instead marked it as a checked bag for *************** and made us pay $79. This isn't ok! I did everything I was told to do by frontier while also trying to travel safely with my child once we got to our parked car at the airport.Their response "we can't see your bags and it was marked as a checked bag and they are non-refundable but yes car seats are free" what a joke! Scammers

      I wish I had seen the reviews on this site before booking my flight with Frontier. I haven't flown with them yet, but did book tickets and had a terrible experience trying to add bags. They claim that you can add bags with your flight purchase at a lower price, but there was no opportunity to add bags when purchasing from a third-party site. I realized the issue only after I had finished my transaction. So I went to the Frontier website to add the bags. It first took me to a page to check the price for an existing reservation, and after entering my information, it gave me a price. But this was not the place to buy the bags. Instead, I had to **** elsewhere to find the place to buy the bags. When I found it and re-entered my info, it was charging even more. We're talking a matter of minutes. These fees are out of control and they are deceptively advertised. It makes it impossible to compare prices. And now after reading the other reviews on this site, I am even more worried about flying with Frontier. I will never book with them again. The cost savings (if any) is not worth it.

      The gowild pass is trash first the website auto selects airport assistance which I do not need. It charges me and I wont even be using it. This is my first time just trying to use this pass and I am regretting it more than ever already. The chat support is not even in English they dont understand anything and they deny me to even give me a credit for the airport assist it added to my booking through a website error. This ticket was just booked and should be in the 24 hour void window like every ticket but I am told it is not and I will not get my money back. This is a scam and when booking it comes up with a main page that has all the add ons and a diffrent one that says complete booking with the same things only this time they auto select but the booking is completed so why it says continue booking makes no sense. In addition to all that most of the locations you can go to require layovers of over a day. If I want to go to DEN I have to be in *** for a day but if I want to go to *** I have to layover in DEN for a day. If you are thinking about getting this trash with this low support trash airline .. dont I will be filing a claim with my credit card and the BBB also I do not care if it is $40 you will not scam me out of a dime!!!

      My husband had military obligations interfere with our flight, and Frontier slammed ** with a $488 cancellation charge. They no longer have customer service outside of a WhatsApp chatbot. Furthermore, I didn't consent the cancellation, and I don't know what happened, and my family cannot afford these fees. I saw the fees and closed the tab and went to contact customer service, and next thing I know I have a confirmation email with the cancellation and almost $500 in fees. Their slogan, "Low fares done right" is a joke, and their business practices are unethical and unamerican.

      Where do I start they not only were extremely rude checking in to our flight but charges us $79 per bag and check in, we wanted to check 3 bags and carry 1 on they told us one of the bags was not a check bag and had to use as carry on then charged us for 4 checked bags and 4 carry ons and $25 service fee per person to deal with her being extremely rude to us even yelling at us for not checking in early and I was going to step out of line to check in so our bags would be 50 per person not a total of over 400$!! but was told I could not and she had our passports already! Then we get to boarding and the bag we were going to check apparently didnt fit correctly when it was one wonky wheel and the rest of the bag *******! She told us to wait aside amongst many others and we almost missed our flight and charged us another 99$ to check the bag we paid for twice already and really fit as a carry on! Then was told if we didnt want to pay the extra 99$ we could find a different flight. She had about ***** people waiting to board after telling them their bags didnt fit when more than half did and let people go through whos bags clearly wouldnt have fit but was overwhelmed with the amount of people she already pulled aside. Our flight home from ********** was amazing and had zero issues besides the extremely long lines we had to wait in. ******* frontier was the absolute rudest and non professional people I have ever encountered in my life!!!

      Absolutely the worst airlines ever. The outgoing flight was more than three hours late leaving. The return flight never left ******** to go to ******* are they initially postponed it for a half hour and then an hour and then when I got to the gate it was just locked with no way to get to the claim and no frontier staff anywhere in sight. Ultimately I was forced to take another airline so I could get home. Do yourself a favor and use any other airlines. Walk if you have to

      If I could give 0 star review I would. Frontier Airlines has 0 customer support. The entire way they do business is not customer centered. I missed my flight from *** to *** on delta earlier that morning so I said let me buy a ticket from frontier. I got to the airport 1 hour early and the way to check-in looked so confusing I went to the agent and she told me that check-in was closed. I spent $449 on a one way ticket. And she was not willing to offer me any other assistance. I went back to delta and they was able to accommodate my missed flight free of charge. Delta is now my first option frontier appears to be Ghetto.

      They have poorly communicated when a plane was supposed to arrive then sent out an email 6 minutes prior to departure stating it would be late. Offered no excuse and had customers wait in the onboarding hall while they tested the engines instead of moving them back into the airport. I have never been treated so poorly by a flight service in my life.
