      I paid for my tickets to ******* through ****** app paid for the insurance paid for the option to have ******************************************************************************** refunds. About eight days before my flight was scheduled to go. I tried canceling my trip through ****** app they referred me to frontier airlines. I reached out to frontier airlines long story short they cannot find my insurance I purchased with my tickets, and since the flight has now passed on the third mind you I reached out about eight days before third welcome to April . My schedule flight was May 3, so I was canceling before it was even may. Frontier didnt answer me until the afternoon about 2 PM on the third when I replied because they said they could not refund me. They did not reply to me until the early morning of 6 May and are still refusing to give me my money back and saying that I was a no-show to my flight, the ****** app ***** do not use it. The frontier airline customer service has no customer service phone number to call them. I left my phone number in the email so they can reach out to me and they refuse to call me. All they do is email me back with short messages basically just saying no were not gonna refund you your money , all the messages that I get look like their computer generated and nobody is even responding to me still to this day which is 7 May. I have not gotten a phone call to find out what is going on now I am going to have to go through my bank to dispute $200.

      "Frontier" in Frontier Airlines stands for the outer frontiers of human compassion and care. They are simply and shamelessly out for your hard-earned dollars service or no service. Usually, their flight cancellation fee is capped at $99 but they decided to charge me $197.96, which was the exact fare I'd paid for a round ticket from *** to ***. This is unethical business practice that borders on the criminal. Frontier makes its profits on the "frontiers" of criminal business practice. Avoid flying with this airline by all means. Avoid low fare airlines like Frontier by all means. They are a waking nightmare! Be warned! Fly JetBlue, Delta and American Airlines and avoid unnecessary trouble and headache trying Frontier. To be forewarned is to be forearmed.

      We showed up two hours before our flight at *** and there was no customer service representative for over an hour. This makes it hard to get through security and get on the flight. The business caused undue stress. This business needs to be shut down. I called customer service and did not have any option to talk to someone directly. The company is costing people time and money.

      Absolutely the worst experience of my life COMPLETE SCAM, after multiple times our flight being delayed and finally getting everyone boarded, they canceled the entire flight because they didn't have a copilot. Not only do they not have anyone at the airport to help, the only way to reach someone is through text messaging. They provided no accommodations for another flight and issued my refund to a card that doesn't belong to me. Even through text messaging they're customer service is complete garbage and takes multiple days to get responses. BOOK LITERALLY WITH ANYONE ELSE SERIOUSLY YOU WILL LOSE MORE MONEY THAN YOU THINK YOU ARE SAVING AS WELL AS YOUR TIME AND SANITY

      I recently purchased Frontier Airlines' Go Wild Pass promotion and have had an incredibly disappointing experience. The promotion promised that I would be able to use it from now through May 16th to book travel through June 8th, but I have been unable to use it at all.When I contacted Frontier's customer service representatives, they were unhelpful, rude, and provided me with false information. Despite the promotion stating that I could book my flights in advance, I was told to book only 24 hours prior to the flight I wanted. When I attempted to book a flight for the following day, I was still unable to do so. The representative simply told me that there may be a glitch in the system that would be resolved eventually, but couldn't provide me with a specific time frame.I am incredibly disappointed with Frontier Airlines' customer service. I have never experienced such poor treatment from an airline before. It is clear that Frontier's representatives are not properly trained or equipped to handle customer inquiries.I am demanding a full refund for the Go Wild Pass, as well as compensation for the time and money I have wasted attempting to use it. I also urge Frontier to address the issue with their customer service representatives and ensure that they are properly trained to handle customer inquiries.Overall, I do not recommend Frontier Airlines based on my experience with their Go Wild Pass promotion and customer service.

      If I could give a negative rating I would. I do not like to bash other companies let alone have the time to leave reviews however my first time dealing with frontier airlines will most definitely be my last. Had a flight scheduled on 4/28 to ******************** showed up had already checked in online was about 1 hr and 30 mins ahead of flight schedule we get there and was told to file an e ticket there was no other direction of assistance offered we were told to get out of the way by an older employee working at ***. Overall customer service was the poorest I've ever seen given the amount of money we paid for our flights and luggage...... Ended up missing the flight because now they close 1 hr ahead to boarding.. again no warning. Purchased another set of tickets for both me and my husband for the following day.... spirit was able to get us to ********** the same day. Requested a refund for the bags almost 400 dollars for 2 bags.... and for the tickets I purchased for the following day with frontier and WAS DENIED. I'm appalled by this service. I could understand not being eligible for a full return but a complete denial for even a partial..... Frontier airlines has so much opportunity for improvement and I will NOT ever purchase with them again. They received over **** dollars from us with out providing even just the slightest bit of satisfactory service. Unacceptable. As if times now during inflation are not tough enough. Shame on them.

      I wish there was a no star option. First time booking for my mom. Although she was flying, and I was paying, the site was confusing and I listed myself as the passenger. I realized my error right away and I was charged $76 to correct the error. First and last time using Frontier.

      They use a different meseaurement for the personal item. The measurement under seats aren't the same that they have in the counter, obligating the passanger paid $100 for a backpack because doesn't fit in the counter cubicule, when the same backpack fit perfectly underseat. This situation is dissapointing and for me is a abussing for part of the airline.

      I recently traveled for work and had a layover in ********************** my flight was delayed 4 times then cancelled at 11:45PM. Leaving all passengers to collect their luggage and report to the customer service desk for further instructions. Upon arrival we were told that we were being assigned hotels and to wait for the email to come through before boarding the shuttle. I did receive my email about 12:45am it said I was confirmed at the Hampton Inn. I boarded the shuttle only to find out that I was booked at a Hampton Inn 25mins away and that they didn't have shuttle service. I was assisted by the night supervisor at the Hampton Inn, I had been shuttled to, she was able to call hotels in the area and I was able to get shuttle service to the Sleep Inn which is in the same parking lot. I was forced to pay out of pocket for my stay checking in at 1:36am. I have put a complaint in with the Airline only to be told that they could not refund the hotel stay because it fell out of the parameters. Frontier Airlines also stated that it is the passengers responsibility to call the hotel to make a reservation. I was told and given an email voucher that stated my stay was confirmed, there is nothing stated on the voucher to call the hotel. I feel that the Airline should be liable for the out of pocket expense. This happened to me and other passengers on this flight. Frontier customer service is subpar and the lack sensitivity training when a cancellation happens. If the passengers were told to call the hotel to book the reservation that would be a different story.

      Feb. 28th Flight **** *********** ***** - *********, ****** Cancelled for 48 hrs without notice to customers, leaving passengers stranded for two (2) days wihout any airline accommodations or transportation. I had to pay out at own expense two (2) extra days for car rental and hotel accommodations due to Frontier Airlines negligence of it's passengers on this paid for roundtrip flight. Not to mention to extra days for food and gas expense associated with the nightmare of an ordeal.Only to be denied reimbursement from Frontier for these unanticipated expense After such a horrible experience I would not be ever using the service of this carrier, AGAIN! And I would strongly recommend anyone considering Frontier Airlines as an option to thing TWICE before doing so. I filed complaints with Frontier and the **************************** which are the proper procedures to follow and still no resolution.So WARNING TO TRAVELERS WHO ARE ANTICIPATING USING FRONTIER AIRLINES AS YOUR CARRIER..BE AWARE OF THIS PRACTICE!!!
