      I will never fly with frontier again. On our way back from ******* on 4/16th someone went into our checked bag and took out our perfume and cologne. We contacted frontier and informed them what happened. They have been giving us the running around and asking us to provide receipts ( we had receipt for the cologne but not the perfume and I informed them we didn't have the receipt for the perfume). This company asked us to provide a police report and copy of the receipt, and our bank statement or credit card statement showing we purchased the items. This is unacceptable and why should we be treated like we did something wrong when they took from us.

      how is this legit this airlines is a scam and you as the bbb should k ow this from the amount out issues customers have here. it's incredible to me how business like this ate allowed. they deceive the customers to scam them every route of the way. I will never fly this airlines again

      I had the worst experience I have ever had with any airline on this flight. Once we arrived at the gate and it was time to board, the gate staff pulled me and anyone else with a personal item to the side and began charging everyone a carry-on fee. My bag was small enough to fit underneath the seat in front of me which is exactly where I stowed my bag after being charged. It was blatantly obvious that the employees were benefiting from these charges because they were even trying to charge me for my girlfriend who had already boarded the flight with her bag, but because they saw that my booking was for 2 passengers, they tried to tack on 2 carry-on fees. This airliner is disgusting and I will never fly or recommend Frontier to anyone.

      If you were thinking about buying that frontier go wild pass or did its a scam, do not waste your money on it. Paying the taxes is fine, whatever but then you have to pay for all your luggage both ways gotta pay for your seat, the tickets are cheap but you have to pay for everything else. You cant fly anywhere there are only so many go wild seats available for each flight which they never said that, I figured as long as there were seats on the plane i should be fine, but nope thats not how it works. Especially if you live in ****** this pass is useless, your layovers are no less then 10 hours an you have to go to ****** for every flight because Mci only has 4 direct flights and ****** is one of them. It says international flights but the only place you are going is ****** ???????????. I thought we had more variety than that, yall made it seem like some big event an ?thats what yall got, stop the foolishness. Frontier Airlines yall should really be ashamed of yall selves scamming people like this. I was so excited when I got this but with everything I pay I might as well get a flight with Southwest Airlines. At least there I get free bags ??.

      On 4/25/23 I showed up at the airport for a flight from *** to BNS that I had purchased to find that there was no way of a flight and no help. I had checked in the night before and purchased their overpriced carry on bag on their site. I panicked from realizing that there was no option for Frontier on the airport kiosk to print boarding passes, so i looked for a ticket counter which there was none for Frontier airline. I then was told by an American Airline rep that Frontier uses a spot next to their ticket counter but only later in the day do they arrive. They thought I made a mistake and that my 8:39 Am flight must be really PM. I then showed them my confirmation from Frontier, and they apologized and said that I needed to contact them. I then tried to call, only to be sent to online AI bot chat. Finally a rep came on the chat, then disappeared. I was forced at this point to purchase a new ticket from American for twice the price just so I could get there. Once I got home , I tried to get a refund through various channels. Their email, thier refund request link, and even had priceline try to contact them for me which led only to the refund link. At this point there response via email was that I was never at the airport, and because I was a no show, I lost my money. I explained in detail the of not getting any help from them the day of and having no means to talk to someone for help, and they responded the same. That I was a no show and per their rules, I lose out. I sent documentation of my new ticket which shows i was there. I asked why i would have checked in with them, bought a bag , and then have gone to the airport only to skip their flight and buy a 2x the price ticket for the same time of flight basically? They responded the same as before. I have since found other people that their flight didnt exist either. Flightaware.com shows there was infact no flight that morning from Frontier leaving CHS. This company if fraudulent, and out right stole from me.

      During our Spring April break of 2023c my family of 3 and I traveled from *** to *** - on the departing flight from *** one of our suitcases was 43 pounds, 3 pounds overweight but the Frontier clerk let it pass. Upon arrival to *** our stroller was not on the gang plank as it had been gate checked, instead it was in pieces at a baggage carousel. When leaving *******, on Sunday, April 16th, we had to go through the baggage line 3 times and were treated very rudely by the Frontier clerks. The process of using the kiosk to get bag tags was not clear and there was no one supporting that area,, the bag that was 3 pounds overweight, did not pass and we had to get out of line to repack it. My husband was surprised at how rude one of the Frontier clerks was and quietly expressed that to me which I agreed. She overheard us then proceeded to tell each new clerk that we worked with, having to have to go through that line 3 times how rude we were to her. Finally when we got to our gate and although we were two hours early and had gate checked our stroller, we did not hear the announcement to board our plane. There was a lot of noise, too many people speaking over the intercom simultaneously and a thick accent. Hence we had to go back to the terminal, to wait in a two hour line to rebook our flight to a cost of $99 a person. Prior to speaking to that clerk, the hostile clerk told that clerk we were rude people. Since we could not get a flight until Wednesday we rented a rental car and drove back. I filed a complaint with Frontier - they offered $50 non-transfers vouchers for an upcoming flight which have to be redeemed by July 2023. Initially I told them that resolution was not helpful to my family and if they could extend the expiration date or at least compensate for the car rental. Frontier was not flexible and again unsympathetic. Frontier is an airline that I would not recommend anyone to use. Its my first experience dealing with such horrible service. I have traveled lots

      WORST AIRLINE EVER. SCAMS YOU INTO SIGNING UP FOR A CREDIT CARD AND THEN EFFECTIVELY DISAPPEARS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. WONT ANSWER CHATS ONLINE, HAS NO PHONE NUMBER TO REACH ANYONE ANYWHERE. WONT BOOK A FLIGHT WITHOUT AN OVERNIGHT LAYOVER. HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!!!

      The worst airline ever. I started traveling with Frontier 4 days ago... 4 DAYS!!! One flight was overbooked, one was delayed due to maintenance and then left EARLY before the updated time. Got rebooked and transferred to ANOTHER layover port in *******. That flight for delayed for 12 hours. They said they would get us hotel rooms but did not fulfill the promise. Only thing they gave us is a voucher to get us into MORE frontier flights and just for the overbooked. For the massively delayed flights, all we got was a 10-15$ MEAL voucher. They failed 90% of their promises and were rude and customer service does not exist. They ALSO charge $100 per personal item that does not fit into a tiny box. They will charge you $100 just for an overweight checked bag as well ontop of the price you already paid online. They charge for sprites and canned soda on flights. Their employees seem like they are poorly trained and not ready to handle these situations. Overall, this airline will cost you MORE unless you dont have any addons and bring a small personal item and TRUST that their planes and times will be on time because if they're not, I hope you enjoy spending a night or two in the airport.

      Frontier Airlines- broke my Doona. It will break down for the car. It was a direct flight from *** to *** on 4/23/23. I went straight to baggage claim office and the representative, ******************** filled out the paperwork for a claim and she refused to enter a claim because she tried to replace it with an cheap $30 car seat. Unfortunately, my doona, which is $500 - is my stroller and car seat (2-in-1) for my daughter . Since there isnt a number to call, we had to figure out how to connect corporate- we did via Whats app (hot mess). They claim they dont replace car seats etc and I dont reach within the 4 hours, which is a lie because I was in the baggage claim office after my flight. How do you damage people property in a direct flight and not be responsible, especially something necessary for caring for a child like a car seat/stroller. I will never fly with them and I would not recommend flying with them.

      I recently booked a flight from ****** to *********, and I noticed that my return flight was on the wrong day, which was my mistake. I went on the website to change my flight to the correct day, and when I did, I paid the change fee, and noticed that due to website errors, it was STILL on the wrong day. I then, reached out to customer service immediately to highlight the error. In the end, not only did I have an awful customer service experience, but I also did not have my issue resolved. I ended up booking my flights TWICE losing out on money with no hope for a refund or a credit. When I contacted your customer service, they were rude, unhelpful, and disconnected me. I think Frontier's customer service has really tanked in recent years and i absolutely would not recommend ANYONE to book with Frontier. It was a 0/10 experience.
