      I booked a flight during Covid. I had to cancel due to the shut down. I had to use it within a certain time frame. Areas were closed due to Covid so I was not able to book right away. I did book later the following year, but had to cancel as a member in my party was diagnosed with Covid. I have tried to use the credit which was over $1000 and they refuse to allow me to use the tickets I have paid for. They will not call me or provide a number to call. All correspondence has to be through email. Poor customer service and I consider this stealing. I paid for services and they refuse to provide services.

      We paid for a flight from *** To ***. The flight had a stop in DEN.The flight from *** to *** was late and we missed ******* to *** connection. Frontier had ** wait in line for over one hour and then told us we were stuck in DEN for the next two days. We will NEVER use Frontier again.The delay and missed flight were understandable. The horrible service through rebooking attempt (both in person and chat) is why I will never fly Frontier again and why I will tell everyone I know to never fly Frontier.

      I recently had an accident and had to have surgery, we had a flight booked way ahead of time to go attend a funeral at ******************** National Cemetery for my Wife's Grandmother ceremony. I was not cleared to fly so my wife drove to the airport, because there is never a person to talk to via the phone with Frontier. They told her if she brought a note from the Doctor she should be able to get a refund or even possibly get a name change for my ticket depending on the supervisor on duty. She was informed she needed to come in early the next day with the letter and they would help. She was there by 8AM for the flight that was leaving at 10:45, didn't get up to the counter until 9AM, then they told her they didn't care about the letter it was going to cost $500 for the name change and would not give her a refund for my ticket. This was not something we could control I had to have surgery and was not cleared to travel. I really thought Frontier would have better customer service and a better understanding or medical emergencies. I would like to get reimbursed for all our tickets, for the additional cost for having to buy tickets through another airline because of the rude/poor customer service. I truly hope they do not treat all **************** men and women or their defendants this way all the time. Being prior service myself this is very disappointing to see a airline so heartless and more concerned about a dollar than helping someone. Military or not.

      They don't even deserve the one star. This place left me an my 2 year old girl stranded on the streets with no way home for two days. They lock you out of the account if you don't save a credit card on file so you can't change your flights, absolutely no refunds no matter what even with insurance. These people are f****** crooks. They don't have a support number because they know there ripping people off. My daughter and I slept in the airport with no way home for two days. Finally American airlines found out and flew us home and provided us a meal and hospitality for our troubles. Frontier is horrible I wouldn't fly on this airline ever again. I would walk before I let these people steal from me and my daughter again. Very bad bad business. Don't fly frontier you will regret it.

      Simply want my money returned to my credit card. After ****************************************************** Philly. That is unacceptable. I contacted ****@ thought my refund was in process but 2 weeks later the charge is on my statement of my credit card. I'm getting help from capitol one with having funds returned. Was unable to contact frontier airlines. I'm very unhappy. 380 dollar's is alot of money for me...for nothing received.

      I booked a flight over a year ago. I subscribed to their Den membership program to secure a lower fare, discount on luggage and the ability to select my seating. The membership automatically renews. Since then, the airline has gone to a customer service program of no live communication and a chat system that does not address the issues properly of membership cancellation. I spent over an hour trying to cancel my membership ship to avoid recurring charges and have yet to get the problem resolved.

      The worst airline ever. They charged 198 for our personal items, although the two bags were the size required for a personal item. When we returned home with the same bag, I made sure I put in the *** at least three times with different agents, and they didn't charge. The agent gets paid to charge for the bags.

      I purchased a Go Wild summer pass for my wife and I $399.00 each. There are no flights available, and if youre lucky enough to find a departure flight, you return flight could be weeks away unless you pay additional money. What a SCAM!!!!!! I requested a refund, but was told it had to be requested within 24 hours which was enough time for us to figure out the game.

      Do you like having a delayed flight, this is for you! Do you like having your flight overbooked, winner winner! Do you want to be stuck in an airport for over 24 hours, frontier is for you! Do you want your vacation ruined, go with frontier! Delayed flight, missed connection, and horrible customer service and policies.. no wonder why they can give you good deals on flights. Cause guess what they stole my $500 for a flight I wasnt on because they couldnt get me to my destinationJust stay away. Spend a bit more money and you wont have to deal with this horrible company.

      We booked a flight from ************** to ****** **********, with a layover in *********. They delayed our flight from *** which caused ** to miss our connecting flight in LV. We had to be in ***** early the next morning for our daughters surgery to take her to the hospital and look after the kids, but there were no other flights that would get us there in time, so she made other arrangements and asked us to come back in a couple of weeks. We contacted Frontier Airlines for a refund, since they had caused the problem, but they refused to reimburse us because the delay was less than three hours. We had also purchased cancellation insurance with the insurance company used by Frontier ***** ************************ but they also refused to refund our fare. In my opinion this was dishonest and unethical. I would recommend that everyone avoid using both the airline and the insurance. It was a disgusting experience.
