      Worst customer experience I've ever had on any airline. Agents checking baggage size were aggressive, unprofessional. My personal item ******* the size but she said it was a hair tall so I was charged $99 for it. I do understand policy but how it's being enforced is absolutely reprehensible. I've flown all other airlines including spirit with the same luggage and never was I ever told is " a hair too big"Another passanger was left in tears because she could not afford to pay for a backpack. It was my first and last time on frontier.

      They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. My flight was cancelled, they gave me credit and then I rebooked. And then, they kept changing my flight. Then, they asked if I wanted a refund or credit again, so I chose refund. I never got my refund. They have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Good luck if you choose Frontier. I will never fly Frontier. 4/20/2023

      They do not deserve even 1 star! They are scam artists! When you purchase a ticket ($39) with them and then "Bundle To Save" ($122), THEN purchase their insurance "To Protect Your Purchase", you are only covered for the "$39"! You lose the money spent on your bags, which is 3X what the cost of the flight! It's not covered in their "Travel ******* **** policy and it does NOT get refunded! Obviously, if you didn't fly, your bags didn't either! If this isn't a scam, what is!!STAY CLEAR OF THIS "CHEAP" AIRLINE! It costs a "BUNDLE" should you need to cancel!!

      I would give zero stars if option!!! Traveling to ********* with my sisters, we were at end of boarding line when we were targeted for our bags! Mind you we have all flown with said bags before one as recently as the day before. The very rude attendant forced us to pay the ****** dollars and threatened to close the gate and doors. Once we got on plane we all placed our "oversized bags" under seat? Also was informed that the ticket agents get a commission for this practice. We had also heard of the later plane also targeting passengers out of ****** there was a news broadcast about it. Frontier offered vouchers that needed to be redeemed in 60 days, I don't know about most people but I do not travel monthly. All I wanted was my refund, I sent pictures of bags under seats, and a apology from the Airline. Also like to see that girl fired!!!!BTW flying out of ********* not one issues with our bags!! Very bad practice by Frontier!!!

      I was wrongfully charged for carry on items.. they did give me a refund to which I was NOTable to redeem because it said balance of $0 tried contacting for over a month and no answers. Finally got an email saying sorry its past the credit day! Absolutely horrible customer service I would like my refund which I was wrongfully charged and I have pictures to prove it

      Flying to ***** for my son's wedding. We got to airport 2hrs 10 mins early. We found out through the airport that the flight was delayed an hour and a half. They notified us on the app 20 min. later. This happened 4 different times. We spent 6 hrs. at the airport and after 10 pm they canceled our flight and would not give us a flight until 1:12pm the next day. We had to travel 1hr.- 15 minutes back home again to the airport the next day and pay the $8 parking fee. scramble to rebook our car rental as well as pay for a night at a condo we never got to use.The next day we boarded the plane and then sat on the tarmac an additional 40 min. which made us miss the rehearsal. Frontier made no apologies offered no compensation whatsoever. This airline is TERRIBLE... Every other carrier charge $30.00 for checked bags. These gangsters charge $50.00 every other carrier allows 50lbs. for checked bags. Frontier allows 40lbs. Every real carrier gives you 1 carry on, these crooks make you pay $60.00.DO NOT FLY THIS AIRLINE. YOU WILL BE SORRY. I am out over $50.00 in gas, over $250.00 for a night at the condo rental, An additional charge for rebooking my rental car in which I lost a discount, $8.00 dollars for parking not to mention all the undue stress form having to worry if we would even get to our son's wedding. Plus, the extortion fees for our bags.Frontier portrays their airline as a cost-effective alternative to the other airlines, but the fact is they are masquerading as such. The bottom line is that frontier airlines is at the the bottom of bargain basement airlines. They will nickel and dime you at every turn... When you add it all up, it is just as cost effective to fly a real airline than these crooks. Just try and talk to someone in customer service. GOOD LUCK WITH THAT. Never again. I have recently flown American and United and they are far superior airlines compared to these imposters. Just read the many reviews and don't be fooled by a few others.****************

      There are two issues in this paragraph that seriously needs to be addressed I purchased a ticket online through cheap tickets.com for frontier airlines I was told to print out at the end of booking the itinerary I printed out the itinerary before date of departure day of arrival at **************************** I spoke with the frontier Line agent to be checked in with my itinerary paperwork I was told they didn't take print out paperwork of itineraries and I would be charged a processing fee of $25 for not completing online itinerary information I went through the process of getting my tickets to proceed to the gate I was told I'd get a refund because I let the lady know that I was disabled and couldn't walk far distances I was then taken by one of their associates in a wheelchair away from the agent after everything was paid for before that I was told I'd get a $25 refund credit on my account which I accepted because I told the agent I was disabled as I'm getting wheeled the agent that checked me in told my son to put the luggage on one of their rollers because it was too heavy to be lifted on the converter belt it was an oversized bag he was then approached by security who grabbed his hand and told him to move in a rude way my son interacted with the security guard and told him he was told to put the luggage on the roller he told my son that he was old enough to be his father and my son had to put him in his place additional fees and charges I feel that frontier needs to make everything clear to their customers about processing luggage I was highly upset because I was told it would be $100 to go and come back for the luggage to get processed customer service ***** really bad I don't know if they hire people like that on purpose but if they don't want the job they shouldn't apply for it and work for the company because customers don't deserve to be treated and talk to in a foul manner especially when they're spending their hard-earned money with their company..

      I have a laundry list of things Im unhappy with relating to their latest company policies however, Im most upset by their recent promise to refund me the cost of a new flight since they canceled my booked flight. They new the flight was canceled the night before but decided not to inform the customers on that flight. We found out once we got to the airport and the girl at the desk assured me that we would get reimbursed for a last minute flight on another airline. I have yet to get that promised refund and Ive emailed them countless times about it and have never received an answer and now they are flat out ignoring my emails. If they werent the only airline providing direct flights to places I frequent, I would avoid them altogether.

      I bought a connecting flight from ************ to ********* **, where my flight was delayed for more than 3 hours and then ticket that was printed told me the wromg gate. Their customer care told me I couldn't get my money back because the flight had already left. How could I have canceled the flight when I was sent to the wrong gate and was about to board a plane going God knows elsewhere. The agent didn't even realize that the flight had already left and sent me to another wrong gate. So I waited for hours until one of the reps sent me to their front desk, which didnt help me at. Wanted $350 more to board a plane and switched to Spirit because the flight was $140 and got there and hour earlier. So how am I at fault, the plane left out of Gate 40 is what the manager said, but my ticket says Gate 36. I was literally waiting for hours for this flight at gate as I got there at around 3 am. So if I had known don't you all think I would have gotten on the plane and not have to buy another ticket. You all got ne from ********* ** to ****** ** which wasn't even my final destination and had me stranded in an airport for 10 hours. Wouldn't recommend you all to my grandmother. Also when trying to board these planes they wanted to charge for personal item. My bag fitted in bin but because I forced it in but cleared the top they wanted me to pay an additional $100. You all need to go back to the drawing board, at least have it by weight or something but not that bin. If I catch another Frontier it would be because I have something to back and someone forcing me to. Fly at your own risk people

      I purchased two tickets on Frontier Airlines for an upcoming trip to ********* from ***********, **. All was well til Frontier sent me an e-mail indicating flight times were changed to a later hour on the same day. They gave me the option of canceling for a refund which I did as we would have reschedule drive for three hours to Airport. I canceled and they charged me ****** dollars. Total ripoff. Do not fly this Airline as they are a total ripoff. I was penalized through no fault of mine.
