      My wife and I flew from roundtrip from ****** to ******* and it was the worst flying experience of our lives and we fly a lot. The checked bags and carry on expense was more than the cost of tickets. Absolutely no customer service and when we did talk to someone they were very rude and then charged us just to talk to them. On our return flight they had to turn around and come back to ******* and which point we were stranded again with no feedback from carrier. We ended up booking on another airline which was a breath of fresh air. We now have been back in ****** several days and still do not have our luggage from the trip. Frontier doesn't scan bags so they have no idea where our luggage is and they do not have a way to call and ask someone where our bags are. During this experience we heard several people yelling at frontier representative, although that never achieves anything I agree with their frustration.

      They charge for literally everything. They charge $20 to talk to agent when checking in. Bags are overpriced. Seats are terrible. After all the fees, it is more expensive than other airlines. Dont make the same mistake I did.

      they dont deserve a single star, my flight to and from my vacation was messed up. the first was pushed off,again and again, and the second was canceled. they give you credit, with their company,which expires after a short time, but who would want to fly with them?

      My gosh there can not be a worse airline to travel...they have changed delayed and now cancelled my flights so many times. Today they delayed the flight 3 times and then one hour before scheduled departure CANCELLED!!!! Like they didn't know!

      I do not fly frequently possibly 1 time in 2 years or more years. Last year my ************* flew from ********* to Vagas. My sister had been in the hospital 4 times that year, so I felt I should go see her. Booked a flight on Frontier. No problems, but when booking I guess I had to pay to join the bear thing (club) (it was like $79 to join). that way we were to be able to have perks, like broading first etc. That was fine but never happened. Okay don't make waves. Nothing was said that I would be charged automatically again for the membership this year. Today I checked my checking account & frontier had charged my debit card $59.99 (reservation ****** **). I tried to call Frontier but they don't accept calls (customer service calls) so you have to chat. I tried that & it was automated! I hit refund told then my story & got I would have to talk to customer service, tried again 2x more, finally they asked what was my code #? (who bothers to remember code#'s, then they some other #. By this time I was getting beside myself. Finally I said I would take the loss & write a bad review. I hope all less than frequent flyiers will remeber reading about my run around & Beware. Write down **************** you never know when you might need them. ************ **,

      I received an email at 4:48 a.m. that my flight had been downgraded and I no longer had a receipt on my app. I contacted Frontier through their chat and they confirmed that this was not the case and that I had a seat. I asked them to offer me a safer contact option since I had to drive to the airport. They informed me there was no safe option for me. When I got to the airport, 20 minutes before boarding we were informed that 44 people had been kicked off the flight due to a downgraded flight. The ticketers lied to me again, saying that originally it was just oversold and they just found it was downgraded even though I had email proof. They told me I would be offered a full refund, but when I reached out to the chat, I was refused a refund. Now I am in the chat and the representative if completely ignoring me. This company deserves to go out of business and to pay out all the customers it swindles and cheats. Frontier not only lies and cheats its customers, it does not care for their safety.

      I bought my +60 year old mother a ticket from ******* to ****** for a one way $300 ticket. I paid for a front seat because it was an early flight and she had a baggage + its my mom. They cancelled the flight and gave her a QR code to scan for flight reschedule options. They didnt have anything available right after and i rescheduled with someone else. HERES THE FUN PART I requested the refund to my account on March 1 or 2 and I have yet to receive anything. I keep talking to them and they keep saying my account got it. My BCU keeps telling me they didnt. I have send them pictures of my bank to show they did not, and they just tell me they did. I AM NOT ABLE TO REACH ANYONE. This is the WORST AIRLINE IN *******. I wish they move their hub in middle of nowhere so no one has to go through this. Oh Last year, October time. While leaving from ******* to Den, I was paying my carry on (cause they changed rules on my flight out not my flight in), the ghetto employee at the front closed the door on me and a few others despite me having my card out and being on time for my flight. Someone actually recorded this girl threatening me. I called 911 but unfortunately they said id have to go to the frontier desk to chat. COSTUMER SERVICE MATTERS GUYS

      My wife and I recently took a trip to ******* and flew Frontier. The price was right but I didnt know until I got on the plane that their seats are not able to accomadate tall people. I am 6'5" and I could not fit in the seat. If you are going to only have seats that fit people 6' and under than ************** that for us ? Worst airline expieriance of my life on a 4 hour flight with no leg room so you can squeeze more passengers and go with your profit over people philosophy.

      Booked a flight from *** to *** 11/10/22. Frontier refuses to issues the miles to my spouse, stating our flight was 'split' & he was a 'NO SHOW' well this is completely inaccurate. I have contacted them many, many times to ask for resolution, submitting as much proof as I can to simply be ignored, told it would be fixed (still has not), etc. I should not have to contact a company via 3 separate formal complaints on their own website, as well as, ******** Messenger (as they say to do) and their online website chat option. We are now in the final days of being able to get credited for these miles since the request must be done within 180 days, although I have been contacting them since Feb/March. They sold a credit card, which I paid the annual fee on in order to POOL our family miles, which they are now refusing to credit, due to their own systems/staffing issues. I have used this company many times before & since they got rid of their 800# for customer service in the Fall of 2022 it has been nothing but HOURS of my personal time & huge headaches. I'm sure they hope I will just go away, but this is completely unacceptable.

      Frontier has a lot of hidden fees. They charged me $200.00 to book 2 regular luggage bags at the check in counter. I might as well saved and flew on a major airlines. Please be careful thinking your saving money by paying less for your flight. Frontier airlines definitely will make that money back with hidden fees and cost.
