      If I could pick 0 stars I would! They should be s*** down. They cancelled my flights on separate trips. Always giving me 1 option to change the flight which is always later in the day and the returning flight earlier so taking 2 days off my ****. Not to mention, there was no rhyme or reasoning for it since the flights were still available on other airlines. They want to destroy your vacation. Also, you can only chat not talk to a live person so it's very frustrating.

      This is the worst airline ever. I mean I thought spirit was bad . Pricing is not transparent, customer service is nonexistent who charges for seating if I purchase a ticket what did you think I was going to stand on the plane horrible experience dont fly with these crooks

      I will never fly with them again. The customer service agents at the counters are rude, the chat agents arent any help and they say the same thing. My flight have been delayed over 19hrs and all they are offering me a refund or keep my same flight. No take of accommodations. The whole thing need to be shut down. They are no help. I missed work without pay and all they are saying is you can take the options or leave it. ****, nasty, and worse thing Ive ever seen

      Hello,I booked a reservation for a party of 3 on Apr 4, 2023, 5:36?PM under the name of *********************************. I booked a reservation for ******************************* and ******************************* through Expedia.com. When we booked it said 4 seats remaining. Another person (not in this party but on the flight) sent out information from an email from Frontier the following day saying our flights had been changed and they could cancel/refund. We did not get this email. I have contacted Expedia 2x and they said we needed to communicate with Frontier to complete a refund/cancel. Frontier sent me an alert on Wed, Apr 5, 9:20?AM the Frontier Airlines Made Significant Changes to Your Flight. Your options may be limited. Please call Frontier Airlines directly at (phone number). Once I called this number, it said it was not in service and hung up. I went to the contact page and reached out to the WhatsApp # provided. This also hung up on me. I messaged their robot and they provided me with little to no help and sent me elsewhere. I finally was able to cancel the flights on the home page and was charged $762.88 for cancel and received a $-149.88 credit to use (this is negative so I dont even know if this is useable). I tried to receive a refund multiple times and no response or help from either company. I am filing this complaint as the flights were changed the day after we booked (less than 12 hours). The flight cost total was $911.88. Which at this moment, I have no received any refund. At this point, we are at a grand total of $1,674.76 with no flights.

      Complete scam! They forced me to change my flight arrival and departure times weeks after I booked my flights and paid in full. They didn't even bother to explain what exactly happened. I tried to call and get an explanation but they have no customer service number and when you try to chat online, it's not with a live person (I just got drop down menus that took me round in circles and couldn't resolve my issue). My trip is still almost 3 months away so I really don't understand what the deal is but I would have DEFINITELY booked with a different airline if I knew Frontier could just change my flight times like this. I've never even heard of this happening before but I will NEVER fly Frontier Airlines again.

      Seriously the worst airline ever. Nasty employees, never on time, charge you for ****************** waiting area was disgusting and dirty after paying over 400 in bags and **** a ticket. Do not fly for the lower rate it is not worth the pain. Never again. Look at all the nasty reviews. They do not offer plugs. Just the worst experience ever. Fly American!

      Do not use frontier.. hidden fees and terrible customer service. They will not help you get a refund or a credit.

      This airline is a joke. They are a huge scam. I purchased tickets to fly to ** from *******. I bought uplift and eDreams Prime. Upon booking the flight. I realized I would be gone for my sons birthday so two days later I tried to change the flight. Even though it stated that I had free cancellation and was able to change flights they charged me another ****** for the second flight. I was also never refunded for the original flight. As it was getting closer to the departure of my second flight, I went on Frontier Airlines to view the information. There was no second flight listed. I contacted customer service and they just gave me the run-around. So now I am out of $417 and no trip to **. My advice, youd be better off walking to your destination. What a joke.

      The flight was delayed 5 HOURS! The staff was very sympathetic but were not allowed to offer meal vouchers, mileage credits...nothing.Horrible customer service plan!!!Also, the computer messed up my account and it took 4 hours of online dialogue (2 hours with a hateful and circuitous agent) to get it delted. It caused issued going thru security and I'm still not sure its deleted.Use Spirit as your bargain travel airline!!
