      -10 Stars. I will never fly this airline. Its predatory with its fees. I used the confusing app to purchase two checked bags, one bag for each person. I ran through the process four times, felt confident I chose two bags, one for each of us. At check in I ended up having to pay an additional $75, for a total of $219 for TWO bags. I will tell everyone far and wide, do NOT fly this airline. Disgusting business practices to say the least.

      Horrible, very unprofessional, they overcharge, I was charged an extra $500 for missing baggage check in by 2 mins stuck in the airport for over 8 hours with 3 young kids.

      ******'s airport intercom system is not optimal, nor are there screens showing gate information. As a result, my party did not hear the gate transfer announcement, missed our flight and had to be rebooked. Frontier should strongly consider adding text notifications to all ticket holders, especially for flight and gate changes to prevent service disruptions and dissatisfied customers.

      I wish that I could also give a zero. I tried to book a round trip online for me and my wife at $535.00, but the payment page kept clocking. Then it cancelled because I was timed out. I called Frontier and got someone I could hardly understand. Suspicious. Right away he said he couldn't hear me although I could hear him fine. Then he quickly transferred me to another line, but he came back on himself. Even more suspicious. He immediately said that the flight was now $845.00. I said that it was impossible since only 10 minutes before the plane was not near full and I called him right away. The next thing I knew... SILENCE! He hung up on me. Something doesn't smell right. I think he switched me to an unrecorded line! I'll never fly Frontier again. I only hope that I can reach more people about this experience. Hello Southwest!

      Worst Service and ***resentation for an airline carrier.After arriving at the airport on 1/25/2025, in the alloted time posted on Frontier Airlines website for an international flight, attendant told my husband, he was late to check his bag, but he could still go up to *** with his luggage. He spoke with a supervisor and provided proof of not arriving late, showed two emails which showed flights was delayed twice. He was told to rebook- Feb. 1 by numerous unprofessional, dismissive staff. I spoke with a customer service *** on the phone-very nice, apologized for the inconvenience-only flight available was February 1- offered a voucher. We called the airlines requesting a refund and ***orting never to use Frontier Airlines again now or in the future. The next customer service *** was extremely personal in dealing with the issue. I inquired if she was the owner of the Airlines due to her argumentative behavior, quoting the policy over and over. I advised her the policy was not the issue, because the problem fell outside of the policy. She ***orted the airline agents recorded an arrival time of 47 minutes late- this information was inaccurate- lying on an arrival time to cover their inefficiency. I tried explaining the situation to the lady, but her response was, she was not at the airport. She kept ***eating the same information about the policy as I tried to discuss the information and provide her with details of the issue at hand- she hung up the phone. I was able to book a next day flight- 1/26/25 on American Airlines( my usual carrier).Submitted an oline refund-received a ridiculous email from someone at Frontier Airlines reiterating the same policy, but not trying to resolve the issue. I responsed to the email with details of what happened, the actual time of arrival at the airport and the two emails that were sent ***orting flight delay from 11:10am to 11:55am and then another ***orting change from 11:55am to 11:20an once we were in route to the airport.

      Beware!!!! One checked bag cost us 350 ******** weighed about 50 ******'s 75 extra each way for a 40 lb.Since ours was 50 lbs it cost an extra 100 each way! 350 each bag Their app is not clear in navigating from one thing to another.We traveled with 7 people.They placed us very far apart .It would have cost us approximately 700 to sit together if we changed seats.The lady at ******* said we were not going to make gate. There was an accident on freeway. I had to pay her 500 cash in order that she get us another flight. She was able to change once she had 500 cash .Otherwise she said it would cost us 3700 to get another flight

      Worst airlines EVER!!!! Ive been we seen a set of people who are bent on ********** customers over bags. I think maybe there is a commission on if they can make people pay for extra bags.customer service is poor!!! The gate agents are terrible they also want to charge ***** dollars to print a boarding pass which is free!!! With any other airlines. I havent flown with them in over 1year or 2 because of the level of anxiety riding on this airlines its all about money money money dont let the cheap flights and layovers fool you you will be paying for something one way or the other beware and stay away!!!! And they dont discriminate with people who are disabled in wheel chairs or pregnant they dont care!!!!! Please beware l!!

      Rude,lack of human kindness.We have flowen for years. I'd rather walk, stay home or ride a horse. Sad probably won't stay in business much longer.Changed our flight 7 times in a month cutting in our vacation time. A direct flight changed to a 8 hour delay.

      They oversold the flight and gave my assigned seat to someone else. Instead of a 2 hour morning flight I had to fly 6 hours later that night laying over in ******l halfway across the country in the opposite direction. I lost an entire day of my 2 day trip making it basically not worth it. This company is absurd and complete trash. Zero stars!

      Frontier Airlines is the most unprofessional, unhygienic, fraudulent airline. I went on a family emergency in dec of 2024. In the rush of the emergency an error was made I spoke to a customer service representative who told me that the flight would be cancelled if I booked a new flight so I did! Just for them to charge me for both flights. Lets get into it. The flight had no bathroom water, no drinking water no snacks not even to buy only alcohol. The flight was delayed. The flight crew minus like two people were so ghetto and rude. This company tops spirit airlines in how bad it is. The worst company they left a whole family with little babies screaming and crying in the hallway based on an error they made! This family had to go from ****** all the way to **********. No remorse. Dont waste your money you have to pay almost 200 for bags go with a better company who isnt going to steal your money, treat you foul, in the winter no sanitizers everyone on that plan was sick. I asked for mask and sanitizer their reply was they dont have Im sorry. This airlines needs to be shut down. I dont recommend to anyone frontier airlines is the absolute worse I promise. Fly any other airline but this one trust me you get less than you pay for. Pay a bit more and be safe and secure.
